I went inside to get a sandwich and a small drink. I stood there watching one young girl walking fast, working the drive up window, bagging food, taking the food outside to cars and then repeating the same thing. All this time the manager Jeff was walking around doing nothing. I stood for 8 minutes before I stopped this young girl and asked if they were taking orders inside still. THERE WAS NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE PLACE. She took my order of a small sandwich and a small drink and then carried on with running back and forth. The rest of the staff were not helping at all. One older lady was playing with the oil and kicking around an empty cardboard container that should carry fries. The others were in the back PLAYING WITH THE ROAST BEEF!! By now my sandwich had been made and sitting in the bin to be bagged. I notice that there were a line of cars still and the only orders up on the board was my carry out and drive thru. Then another order popped up as dine in. IT WAS FOR JEFF, THE MANAGER. His was filled and given to him before mine was given to me even though I had been standing there now for almost 15 minutes. The older lady kept staring at the board while the young lady kept running back and forth. At the 20 min mark, I finally stopped the young lady while the older lady was still puzzled by the board (computer screen). I said loudly, "I just want my sandwich please. Look, it's right there. I just want my sandwich!" The older lady looked clueless and the young lady bagged my sandwich, gave it to me and told me to enjoy my night. I loudly said, "I hope your evening gets much better because your are working your butt off while your coworkers do NOTHING!" I threw my sandwich away but took my drink because the young lady made it for me. When I was outside, I looked at my receipt to see what her name was to call Corporate to let them know the problem but how well she was working. IT SAID JEFF! The worthless manager who ordered his food and took it after I stood there watching him walk around and not even acknowledge I was there for 10 mins! HE WOULD GET CREDIT FOR THE SALE! Worthless! NO ONE ELSE EVEN CAME IN WHILE I WAS THERE. I was the only one inside. Now I can't even find a number for corporate! What a waste of time and money. The young girl deserves better than that. She showed a better work ethic than most young...
Read moreDrove through and got two sandwiches and mozzarella sticks and an ice water on a hot summer day. The guy gave me the mini size cup and I asked could I either have a bigger water or another small one. He said they’d have to charge me for any more water, so I passed. The cup was almost all ice, so barely any water. I ate in my car and went inside after to get more water and to ask if that was some new policy, to charge for water and only give the smallest cup.
The guy in front of me ordered a water and he was automatically given a big cup, so obviously not a policy to give the tiny one. When I got to the register, the drive through guy came up instead of the other cashier and I asked again about the water. He was very rude and said yes that’s the policy and I can talk to the manager.
So I did and the manager said no, there is no policy like that, they only charge for the largest size of water and the drive through guy was wrong and should have given me more.
Also, the mozzarella sticks were cold and there was so little roast beef on the sandwiches that I had to combine the meat from both to make one...
Read moreReally disappointed in the service at this Arby's location.
I ordered 6 sandwiches at the drive through for my family and realized after I pulled forward that I forgot to ask for the Arby's sauce. I was going to walk into the lobby and get some, but it was closed and the line was extremely long. Since I was parked I waited for the current car to pull away and walked up to the window. Another nice customer waited for me.
I smiled and was polite and said I forgot to ask for Arby's sauce and the guy at the window gave me 3 packets. I asked for a few more and he insisted there was a shortage. I said that I had 6 sandwiches and asked for at least one packet per sandwich and he reached into a container and got as many as he could fit in his hand and literally threw them at me. I was shocked. Some hit the ground, I caught quite a few of them.
If you are having a shortage, maybe don't throw stuff at people? Maybe be polite? This was my worst ever Arby's experience. Despite this being the closest location to my home, I won't be back here. I will be driving further to avoid...
