Burger King — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

I thought I would give BK a chance again for the first time in years. I regret my decision. I ordered the Honey Mustard Crispy Chicken Sanwich large combo meal, no tomato, add pickles. I had a coupon online for a discount on a large onion ring. I asked for my fries to be extra crispy so they'd at least be hot.

I waited 15 minutes with no other drive through orders in front of me. Both the fries and onion rings were luke warm at best. I sampled both as soon as they handed them to me in the drive through.

I unwrapped my "sandwich" only to discover I revived a snack wrap instead. In the sleeve was 1 tortilla wrap with 1 chicken tender, honey mustard, shredded cheese, tomato, and lettuce. This was a major disappointment considering i ordered and paid for a full size sandwich. I even double checked on the reciept to make sure they punched it in the POS correctly.

The food was edible but was far from satisfactory. When I combine this encounter with previous bad experiences with the BK franchise, I've reached the conclusion that I won't be wasting my time or money there anymore. Ill give y'all another shot in a...

Unfortunately, you have to leave a one star because I would rate this at zero I ordered a number one meal medium with a Coke and onion rings ask for a handful of mustard. She said oh no we don’t give handfuls of anything and I told them that I would like to dip my onion rings in them she asked her manager he said yes I get to the window. They are going to hand me out a bag of fries for $6.57 and I said that seemed a little cheap since I ordered the number one she said you didn’t order a number one you ordered fries then I said no I ordered a number one and she made some kind of weird noise and threw her hands up and told somebody on the speaker she needed a number And I told them to have a good day that they shouldn’t bother with my order and drove off I did however drive across the street to Culver’s, where I was treated very nicely. I was asked if I would like any sauces for my french fries or my sandwich they handed it to me told me have a wonderful day. That’s the way you should be treated… I spent zero at Burger King spent $13...

Definitely hold the place for the best burger king I've been to, and as someone who drives all over Indiana, that's saying something.

I frequented this location when I used to be at Parkview and a local woods a lot, it was great then and still is. The staff Is always friendly, of the many times I've been here I had only one issue with an order and I got a free soda out of it so no complaints! The food is always hot and fresh, never thrown together haphazardly. I did get the eggnormous burrito and the sauce tasted like Italian dressing, I know to order it without that next time but that's not the fault of the location. But even with it, not to bad.

Great staff who care about customer service and the quality of the food. And I've never had to worry about asking for napkins, or them forgetting a sauce I asked for. They are always really good with it all. Very clean inside as well, cold but that seems to be normal for all fast food restaurants.
