Pine Valley Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

We have been here several times with no issues. Last week, my husband and I went for our date night and sat at the bar. We ordered our food and waited. I saw they were busy so I didn't say anything after 30 min, but when it was almost an hour I asked where our appetizer was and possibly our food. After I asked & even stated that everyone around who had sat down 30 min after had already received their food. The waitress was snotty and said she wasn't dealing with this tonight and started to yell at me. So I told her that's fine cancel the food, and we will pay for the drinks that got. The owner, Irene, then said she wasn't dealing with this and told us to leave. I will say this after 15 years, I will not be back. You need to teach your waitresses respect for your customers and to not yell at a customer who is only asking about their food. She made me feel like it was my fault that they were busy, and also that she had forgot to put my order in. All she had to do was say I'm sorry, I forgot your order, and we have been really swamped. Dirty, cannot say enough about that. Did not order food, which was probably a good thing- fear of what kitchen must look like. TVs way too small for a big dingy space. Service is non-existent, waitress was very slovenly with no sense of urgency. After waiting for over 30 minutes for her to return, finally went to bar and ordered food. To our absolute shock the manager(?) literally storms over to our table and started picking a fight with us about ordering from the bar. I am not inclined to give false praise whatsoever about this place or the people running it. Under no circumstance is it appropriate or acceptable to approach a customer in such a way. Actually yelling at us about their lack of help. Calmly responding that we simply wanted to place our order before the kitchen closed obviously fell on deaf ears. The woman's nasty attitude matched the outdated blue eyeshadow, bright pink lipstick and fake tan. All topped off with a box-blond hair dye she's probably been using for the last 40 years. Horrible slow service! Food sucked! Owner of bar sitting at bar cussing like a sailor! Throwing out fbombs every other word! Pretty rude and offensive! Asked waitress for beer special, she said half pitcher for $4.25. Ordered one, then another, went to bathroom, noticed a sign in the window, full picture on Thursday for $7. Since we had two halves, asked if they would make it a full pitcher price when we were ready to pay the bill. The owner said no even though we were never made aware that a full picture was only $7 instead of 8.50 for two half pictures. That's the kind of service you get at a dump like this. Guess I should have been made aware that a full pitcher was $7 instead of 1/2 half pitcher for 4.25 but the waitress never made me aware of that. Told the owner that's fine I will never be back and she said that's okay don't come back.
