I've been a weekly smoothie king customer for almost a decade now, and I've been disappointed enough that I'm considering stopping my patronage. I've noticed a considerable decrease in the quality of my smoothies over the past several months. Upon further research, I found that in the last few years, the nutritional value of the smoothies has decreased significantly while the size remained the same. Read moreIt’s 7:30pm on a Wednesday, not a holiday or anything like that. The inside is locked (I assumed because there was only one employee working but that wasn’t the case). We get back in the car and go to the drive thru and the female taking our order was VERY rude and rushed us with our order. Read moreMy wife and I stopped in to grab a smoothie tonight, and as we were walking in the 2 girls working were shaking their heads and were visibly annoyed at the fact that we placed an order over an hour before closing. Also, we overheard rude comments being made about other customers in the drive-thru. One comment being they were going to tell the customer they were out of a certain item so that they didn't have to get it back out (this comment was also made an hour before closing).
