I have never left a restaurant without a leftover bag. I have never returned a barely eaten plate; I did, and no one offered to make something different. The waiter stated that the Lime margarita pitchers were on special. When asked what the price was, he pointed to the menu price??? Asked about what reposado tequila they have, the waiter had no clue what reposado was. He brought me a shot of "reposado," and I could barely drink it. It was hard and tasted cheap. I was told I could not get another one since I couldn't tolerate the shot. Was charged $10 for Don Julio shot that was hard to drink, $ 3.19 for runny, soupy beans $3.19 for dry, flavorless rice; the supreme enchiladas were BAD, the margarita tasted like a mix bought at the store...and the "special" price was the same as the menu price, again??? The server did not know anything, gave us dirty napkins out of his apron. The staff knew nothing and when I told them my thoughts on the food quality, that was met with absolutely NOTHING. Will never go back...

We went to eat there recently it was a bad experience. I ordered a soup and my plate had literally one small piece of beef and nothing but fat. At $13.00 a plate I would think that they would at least serve meat. When I asked the waiter if he could serve me some meat he said that was my portion and he could not take away from the portion of others. It was horrible! I will never go eat there again. Then they forced the gratuity. I asked the hostess why I had been charged automatically. He said it was the computer system and he could not change it. I have never been forced to pay gratuity and I have been to higher quality restaurants. Then I asked it I could have the contact information for the owner and the hostess said what for he will not take your call he is too busy with his other 5 restaurants. I asked for an email so I could contact him. He said he does not answer his emails he is too busy to reply. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I THOUGHT IT WAS NEW OWNERSHIP BUT IT WAS JUST A NEW...

This visit was our second time. Our First time was outstanding. During this visit, we weren’t actively checked on at all, our appetizer came out after our entrees. When we got our appetizer, we didn’t even have any chips to eat it with and the waitress didn’t ask us. At this time, we also needed refills and she didn’t ask us and walked away swiftly. After she got us our food she didn’t come back until 20 minutes later asking if we were ready for the check. We had to flag down a different waiter just to get some chips so we could eat our appetizer. Once the waitress finally came to our table we had to tell her what we needed instead of her asking if we needed. THE FOOD WAS STILL FANTASTIC!!!
