I'm done......no accountability for their rude workers, they defend their workers and make you feel stupid when trying to explain your situation. I spoke with the restaurant, their response was completely different than Waiter in the way. I'm very disappointed and supported them because they're a locally owned business. The conversation between the general manager and myself was starting to get heated because I tried explaining why I felt the person I spoke with was rude to me (based on how I felt). His response? "I was standing right there and and she wasn't rude to you at all". Basically saying without saying, that I was overreacting. He did ask why I felt they were rude, I tried explaining, and it appeared to me he (nor she) weren't listening. The manager kept cutting me off, and he started to get loud, so I ended the conversation right then and there. It ruined my day. I'm also disappointed because up until this point, I've had no issue! If I did, it was the mistake of the restaurant (which happens), and they fixed it. I even spoke with a manager a couple of weeks ago to compliment their services. Idk what happened today, but I'm done. Door dash (based off my experience) handled things way better. All I wanted to know was why my sandwich appeared to have been unwrapped and re wrapped again. They offered to send me another sandwich, but I wanted to check with the restaurant to see if they had unwrapped it and I would have stopped wotw from sending another one if they did indeed unwrapped it (which the restaurant confirmed because if they catch an error, they'll unwrap it and fix it. And the manager I spoke from wotw suggested this. So after speaking with the manager, I called back to check which location prepared the food. That's when I spoke to the lady. She said she doubt they would remember, cone to find out, they did). Wotw made me feel strange for asking, (rather they agreed or not) while the sandwich place handled my question with understanding and compassion. We are in the middle of a pandemic, I'm pregnant, and just wanted to make sure the sandwich was safe to eat. Sandwich place, thank you for answering my question without making me feel like a jerk. The manager and the lady from wotw both handled it poorly. Please delete my card information you have on file. Heck, I should be getting it...

I attempted to make an online order and never received a confirmation. I have ordered from them before so I'm familiar with process and this wasn't right. There was a glitch in/on the site that kept taking me back to the "place an order screen". So I decided to go to the restaurant and get my food instead. 2 hours later WOTW shows up. I explained to the driver what happened, he told me to call WOTW and said they should refund my money but he wasn't positive. I tipped him, sent the food back, then called WOTW.
The initial worker was rude and condescending. She argued with me for 5-10 minutes. I asked to speak with a manager and she wasn't any better. Essentially they told me I should have called to get my confirmation and if they refund my money then I was banned from using WOTW in future because they shouldn't have to absorb the cost. I told them to refund my money. They must have forgotten their service isn't a necessity but an enabler of my laziness. GOOD RIDDANCE WOTW

UPDATE 2/20/2015: I still have not received my REFUND. Unsubscribed to WOTW e-mail spamming up my inbox and have not used WOTW since.
3/20/2016- Saw WOTW reply and the lies that are told. My money was never refunded, so Yes please send me a receipt. I'm still WOTW free. Have not used service...
   Read moreInitially placed an order right near the end of the business day with waiter on the way. Spent a ton of time on making decisions on their hard to use the website. Made the order and guess what they don't want to deliver it because they claim it's too late. I would think a couple minutes past the hour shouldn't make a difference to keep a customer happy. It was late we were all hungry, and now in a couple minutes after 11 PM we are all having to pack up in a vehicle and go out to get dinner. So a few minutes was not much of an inconvenience for waiter on the way, but it was a huge inconvenience for me and my family. I was very upset I wrote and angry email to let them know my frustration. And here is what they sent me back in an email:
"You may live the life that you have in place in the cart, next year a cardboard box when you live in the alley. Unfortunately we cannot deliver your cardboard box until tomorrow. And please excuse the one penny that we charge your account meanwhile. Will make sure we find you save a spot next to Otis, Barney said it's OK he'll leave the cell open, Just don't forget to shut the lights off because you have a tendency to not finalize your business in the evening. Happy Christmas Easter"
WOW! That is so professional. Not to mention extremely literate. You screw up a families evening and then you write stupidity like that to them minutes after their email to you. Doesn't get any more ridiculous than that.
