Ordered my food, was told to get my dilly bars from the freezer, and ice cream sandwich (boxes). Come to find out they're out of ice cream sandwiches, from the freezer. I let him know, he checked the back. He told me he's sorry, their out. That's fine, I'll get my money back for them. I was told to get something else from the freezer, it's around the same price. I don't want to pay 15 dollars for something I don't want though. Patiently waited. Went to the front, to ask about my food. No one would ask what I needed. 20 minutes had passed and only a couple (eating their food) was in there at the time of my arrival. People that arrived after me, had their food. Finally I got the guys attention (Tyler F) and told him my kids where waiting for me, outside of their elementary school, I needed my food, or i had to go. He replied that he would check, the cook said he made my flame burger a while ago, he must've given it to someone else. (You could tell the cook was annoyed with him). He then told me I had to wait, I told him I couldn't. I'd just get my money back after i get my kids. He told me, "honestly it would be faster to wait, because the manger was busy doing the window, and he cant give me the money back. I told him I had to go, I'd just come back to get my food. I came back, he told me to hold on, I had a lady come up to me and ask me why I was still there (customer) I explained.. Tyler gave me my food, no sorry, no nothing. I told him I wanted to speak to the manager, he rolled his eyes, threw up his hands and went and got her. I explained to her, I wanted my money back for the ice cream sandwiches. She wasn't nice either, made excuses that their busy. I understand that 100% during that time of me coming back they seemed to be busy. But I told her, he needed better training and she seemed upset I wanted my money back. When I showed her my reciete and told her it was a box, you could see she felt bad, knowing it wasn't just one I.C sandwich it was a box of them. For 15 some dollars. Then she said she was sorry gave me expired coupons and my 15 dollars back. Embarrassing me, not taking blame. This was the worst service I've had. Read moreI used the app so I could get the buy 1 blizzard get 1 free deal. However, that posed all kinds of issues. First, you have to go inside to pick up your order. I'm handicapped so picking up through the drive thru would have been much appreciated. Second, there was no way to customize a blizzard. I wanted a pineapple blizzard. Can't do it. You can only choose from the flavors they have, which doesn't include much in the way of fruit. Third, I ordered hot dogs. They come plain and you add what you want. No onion option. No relish option. No way to write anything either. Very frustrating. Fourth, when I went inside to pick up my order, it was chaos. There were people waiting everywhere and I noticed a sign that said Uber order pickup here. I walked towards the sign. There were quite a few people in the kitchen but one woman behind the counter. She spent more time working on pick up orders than taking care of anyone there to eat. One lady standing near the sign mentioned that she had been waiting for 10 minutes for her pickup order. Another woman said she was picking up an Uber Eats order and normally was able to go through the drive thru but this location didn't allow that. She said she wouldn't do another order there again. I asked the woman behind the counter about my order, showed her my order on my phone, and she turned and grabbed my order off the counter. Then she told me I had to go to another counter to get the ice cream. Fifth, I had to go to another counter to get my blizzards. Even after the ice cream woman standing right in front of me screamed my name 3 times, she didn't stop to listen when I said that's me and wouldn't let go of my blizzards.
