Not sure the name of the employee working behind the counter today (for the owners: Female with brown hair and glasses, 9am on August 17th). What a miserable person. So miserable it’s as if she’s actively trying to ruin the day of every customer walking in. Rolling her eyes at everyone, slamming her hands on the counter, just jamming stuff into the boxes and squishing everything. A bad day is one thing, but have some professional courtesy and don’t act like a bottom of the barrel piece of trash to those who are coming in to start the day. One customer after another. I’m actually sorry I bought the donuts and dumped them right in the trash because if someone is gonna act that horrible to all the customers behind the counter, I’d be nervous about biting into any one of these donuts. I love Jack's Donuts! They have the sweetest workers always on staff - whether they're actual friends of mine or just incredibly kind individuals, they are always very helpful and welcoming. The store itself is very clean, as the workers there do their best to keep the upkeep. The bathrooms are always clean too - which the workers always help people find if they need assistance. They also allow you to work in here, as I find myself working on a few long projects in this location often. They're always very kind and mindful of those working. The food is amazing too! I love their blueberry and cherry donuts the most, but all options are amazing. Their coffee is made very quickly and right in front of you, which is always delicious. As I was driving down Anthony, I noticed a sign for Jack's donuts. I wasn't looking for donuts. But I decided to go in and get a couple. The problem was, seeing the selection, there were so many I wanted to try. I ended up with half a dozen plus. The old fashioned lemon was great though mild in flavor. But the standout for me was the chocolate churro donut. Yummy. A chocolate donut with a sprinkling of cinnamon sugar, the best part being what I can only describe as cinnamon dulce de leche cream filling. I would have liked a little more of that just because of the rich flavor mixing with the chocolaty donut. I'm gonna think about that donut again and again.
