Place takes me back to my fondest memories growing up as a child that I get to share with my family now! The owners are amazing and love cars! What could be better than ice cream and cars... oh wait there is a great mexican restaurant right next door! Yes, tacos, ice cream and cars!!!!!! Their customer service is stellar and needs to be emulated at all the other locations! I've never had a bad experience here and will be the only location I choose to take my family to! You can tell that the owners have poured their heart and soul into this location with the care they have taken to the outside. You will see Adam and Molly behind the counter working and providing world class customer service with a smile! Lola has never steered us wrong with her recommendations! She has an amazing work ethic and always has a smile on her face which is warm and welcoming to everyone! The Ross's are definitely doing it right. Two gals were at the window and they just couldn't get our order right.

I repeated our order at least four times. Small chocolate malt. Vanilla sundae, with hot fudge sauce, pecans, whipped cream and a cherry on top. Vanilla sundae with carmel and peanuts. Brownie sundae

#3 and #4 were made correctly. #2 Instead of a cherry on top. After I started eating my sundae, I found it was swimming in cherry sauce. My husband took it back up and same girl said, oh we don't have cherries here. Why didn't she tell me that when I placed my order? They did remake my order.

She then yelled out the window what was the malt order?

Keep in mind it was just us four at the walk up window earlier tonight.

Normally they do a good job, but tonight was awful.

Write the orders down, so you get them right...

My husband And I go every other weekend and order a large twist cone, every time we go the amount you get is inconsistent, one week you get a little ice cream in a large cone next time you get a little more. I believe only once did we get what appeared to be a large done...Also the wait is so long, you get up to the window and the workers are huddled around laughing and talking...We work hard for your money and we should not feel like we are not getting what we pay for...I did tell the young lady at the checkout that they are not consistent with the ice cream cones and she just rolled her eyes at me...Really sad because you are nothing without the consumer...Maybe we will try a different location, because the ice cream ice cream...
