Stellar people with awesome food. I haven’t eaten here once where the noodles were overcooked or the pho flavorless.
I do prefer more generous plates of sprouts, jalapeños, and basil, but I can’t imagine it’s easy to source any of that here so I’m not knocking them for it. Plus I’m sure they watch most people just throw it away.
I haven’t had their Thai Tea yet (I make it myself so I don’t really need to). I’ll try their sandwiches and their spring rolls eventually...
The pho is so good I haven’t felt a need to explore the rest of the menu.
I have never seen them harsh, rude, indifferent, or awful to anyone. Not even when someone shows up at closing (though I encourage you to avoid it if possible - it’s rude).
I heartily recommend this place to anyone looking for pho made and served by kind conscious people.
Update:
Still good but not good enough to justify a single person meal at over 20 dollars when I’m so familiar with their stinginess I bring my own basil (adding two dollars to the total cost of the meal). If 25 cents got me the six or seven slices of jalapeño I got, I’m guessing that it isn’t normally included at all.
No matter how generous I’ve been, no matter how consistently I’ve praised them, it just hasn’t ever earned me the reciprocation of kindness I’ve sought.
Just another pseudo-friend who can’t even fake a fraction of the kindness I extend. The food is still good, but it’s not good enough for me to justify what I spent. I can’t afford to...
Read morei have ordered from this place couple times, the food was always good and almost authentic (i am a Vietnamese person, from vietnam). however, i decided to visit this place today, in person, with my friends. BAD SERVICE!! i ordered peach tea+boba and a KBBQ sandwich. the boba comes out to be a slushies w/ boba (?) so i told them that it wasnt what i ORDERED. one of the servers (the girl) spent 10 minutes arguing with me about 1 drink instead of just making a new one. they ended up making me a new one, but the girl was trying to be bossy and said in vietnamese “làm cho nó đi”, which is VERY DISRESPECTFUL to address a customer “nó” in vietnamese. she also made a gesture to me. great food but BAD SERVICE = good bye. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO A PLACE THAT DISRESPECTED ME. also guessing if they did that to me, a vietnamese person, then they could do it to anyone else. also the “large” tea is just a regular plastic cup that you can get from dollar tree :D i’d rather make...
Read moreSo glad I finally tried this place today! Delicious Korean BBQ sandwich. Super fresh and the best crunchy bread! First time trying pho and I was so happy! I had the beef variety which includes some sort of delicious meatball along with sliced steak. Next time I will see if I can have meatballs only because they were tasty and the sliced steak didn't add to the dish for me. They go easy on the spice. They give you condiments so you can spice it up yourself. The pho was perfect on this cold, drizzly day. I asked for them surprise me on the Boba tea and I believe I got passion fruit with mango popping pearls and it was delicious! Probably the best tasting Boba I have had! Some are very artificial and chemically tasting but not here. It's quick service with ample seating or carryout available. They give you a number and bring your order to you if you are dining inside which I think is a very hospitable touch. Friendly customer service. Can't wait to return and try...
