Barra Brava Sports Bar — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Me & my husband used to always go until one night, there was a cover charge, which i’m not mad about , but the security at the door was so rude as soon as we walked in. We didn’t have our IDs so he marked our hand which is totally understandable, but he pulled my hand so hard that i had a mark around my wrist & i’m a skinny 115 pound girl. I get you work there for hours but security could at least be nicer to people. I’m a hostess at Twim Peaks & me or my bouncers would never treat any guest the way this staff did. Not the mention when we got to the hostess stand the manager was rude & completely ignored us because I didn’t speak Spanish. My husband was about to speak to her in her native language because it’s totally understandable that she didn’t understand me but she cut him off & spoke to the next guest behind us. I went there today and Bianka was an amazing waitress. She got my order correct I got the fajitas beef sausage and chicken, rice beans, sour cream and pico de gallo one beer and corn tortillas and it was $9.99. They have a special Monday through Friday from 11 o’clock until 7 o’clock. You can get the fajitas for 999 with one beer that is one hell of a deal, if you go up there, Bianka works on Mondays. She is awesome. She’s constantly making sure that you have everything that you need great customer service I was the only female other than the waitresses were there. “My pool table playing experience at Barra Brava was truly exceptional, until security told us we had to leave or pay up for the fight event that were not even there for we were given a choice leave or else .with 7 full beers left and 20 minutes pool table playing time left, we were told to leave the 7 full beers behind and told us that it wasn't his problem is what the unprofessional security guy told us with no Manager on site and scamming customers this way is not the way you run a business .
