Benito's Cocina Mexicana — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I was the only customer that was ordering. The person that was attending me asked me what I would like. I tell him exactly what I wanted. A Burrito de Carnitas with no onions. Then he asks me 5 seconds after.. Do you want everything on it? I tell him yes but with no onions. I got a drink and and I payed for me food. I ordered my food to go. Getting to work I noticed a lot of raw onions in my burrito. I called them up and and spoke to the gentleman who sounded like the same guy who was attending to me. He said just bring the burrito back and I will replace it. I told him that I actually had to borrow a car and I would not be able to go back today. Then he goes off and tells me well just make sure you bring the burrito when you can.. Why is it that I have to save this nasty burrito to take it back to him just so that I can get a corrected burrito? I was the only one in line. It didn't look like he was paying attention when he was helping me...? This was my fault I shouldn't have sacrificed me going to Juanitos just because Benitos was closer. Juanitos is just a little further away but has way better customer service and better...

I have been to this location many times. We always go at about 7:30pm and in a group. It is always the same parking lot is small with no handicap parking and parking is a tight squeeze. They are always crowded so it takes awhile to seat us all together. The service is friendly and courteous but can be a little slow at times. The food is authentic Mexican food that is a required taste. It took me several times to get use to it but now it's OK. I don't know about a quick bit because they stay so busy but you can find comfort foods and late night meals on Friday's and Saturday's. All other times they close at 9pm. Benito's serve alcohol. Beer, Wine and they pride themselves on their Margarita's. I wouldn't go there just for the desserts because they don't offer much. I don't know about kids they don't offer much in the way of kids menu or high chairs or activities for kids. It appear to be a clean place just crowed...

Been going to Benito for several years before they remodel and have new owners what I was told while ordering my meal from there new menu I always got carnitas burritos with everything on it (bean,rice,chop onions, cilantro shredded cheese and lot carnitas meat they ask if you hot sauce on it before they roll it up while they build it in front of me that was favorite before so I gave it a chance to see what their burritos about I was so disappointed when I received it had more rice then anything else as if it was a rice burrito it barely had any meat or favor the only thing I like was there green sauce don’t get me wrong I did eat all of it and got me full for $10

My suggestion is for this place (new management ) if there a meat of choice for the meal it should have meat in ever bite and please add chopped onion,cilantro,lime on the side thats salt and pepper for Mexican food and don’t charge...
