Boulevard of Greens — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I have been coming here for years. It is so nice to have a healthy option on the go. However, the service by Sophia has always been horrible. Her attitude and customer service are unacceptable. Not only have I experienced it, but I come in here almost weekly and have observed it with others. I will speak to my personal experience. During the summer I ordered half an avocado toast and half almond butter. One day when I ordered from Sophia, she bluntly said we can’t do that. I said I have been ordering this for months and she said the chef told us we cannot do that anymore. No explanation why. I asked to speak with the manager/chef, and she said she is not here. I said can I have their contact information. She said no. I said I will leave my information, and she said Well I can’t guarantee there will be a call back. I did not come back for a while after this. I was never reached out to. I eventually went back and noticed some great new staffers. Sophia was in the background mostly prepping so I rarely had to encounter her. Last week I asked someone if they could check if I could do the half order I always did in the summer. The girl went to the back and asked, came back and said absolutely we can do that for you. Today I went in and ordered a whole avocado toast. My daughter wanted more so instead of ordering a whole one I asked to do the half and half. Sophia took my order and looked at me and said no we can’t do that. It is one thing to tell someone no, but she took immense pleasure in telling me no. When I told her I just ordered this last week she did the same as she did this summer. “Yeah, after that she came to us and said we can’t do that anymore.” I asked to speak to a manager she said no. I asked to speak with chef she said no she was not here. I said can I have their contact info, she said no. I then went to the other guy working there and said please give my information to the owner. I must be able to speak to someone about the customer service here. He said he would do so, but he could not guarantee that someone would get back to me. If this is true and the owner is not interested in the service, her employers are giving to her loyal customers this is not a place I want to come back to. I absolutely love this place. I love the food and atmosphere. But this is unacceptable. I have never written a bad review. I always am given the opportunity to discuss concerns with the owners because that truly helps them and their business, and I want to work it out. However, they, your employees have given...

I had the privilege of meeting the owner at an event for the City of Fort Worth and while I was hesitant to spend $10 a bottle for the juice, I wasn't dissatisfied or disappointed. The kale, spinach, parsley, and cucumber juice is powerful. Definitely not something I would drink every day but I noticeably felt energized at the event. It is very cleansing. I'm used to eating lots of vegetables but vegetables juiced and pressed served chilled like this is very nutritional. It's almost as if it were medicinal rather than drinking your veggies as getting nutrients. Also tried their celery and lime juice and got the same effect.

Their juices are very nutrient dense and if you are not use to drinking veggies then go for a sweeter variety of juices they offer. For $10 it was worth it and I want to try...

The atmosphere of the restaurant is lovely and enjoyable! I went with my family, and three of us ordered bowls which were very fresh and delicious. However, my father in law ordered a breakfast taco that was priced over $11 and it was literally a single, small taco. For the price we assumed it was at least two tacos or included some kind of side. The bowls were around $12 and actually a full meal so this didn’t make any sense! Also, we ordered a dip as an appetizer to share and we were not given anything (crackers or vegetables, etc.) to dip into the dip which I would say means it isn’t a dip! To their credit, when we asked about the dip we were given a very small bowl of crackers. Price point is high, some menu items are better values and better tasting...
