I have been so excited we got a LaLaLand in Fort Worth, I’ve gone a countless amount of times as I live less than 5 minutes, however after this last visit the craving is definitely gone. The setup to even access the shop is ridiculous, if you are able to get into a parking spot good luck getting out because the drive thru blocks every single one, and the side street is too narrow to park on so your best bet is to illegally park at the business next to it and walk over. I’ve been overlooking all of this because I genuinely love the food and drinks and overall vibe of the place, but yesterday I was given a toast that was so disrespectful I had to address it, and I want to preface that by saying I went through the drive through (because there were only 3 cars) when I usually just order at home on my app and head over, however I was on my way to work and figured how long can 3 cars take? 30 minutes. I finally get to the window to pay and get my points (which was a whole other issue) They are cashless, and I have my card set up in my app so they can just scan it, but all 3 times I’ve used the drive thru the scanner has been acting up and I don’t get my points and I just end up handing them a card. Anyways, I don’t know who okayed this toast and sent this out, but this is about a giant tablespoon of red pepper including what I couldn’t scrape off, and it was still all I could taste. Who on this Gods green earth would ever want that much, I was just trying to get a snack before work but this actually ruined my night, and to wait 30 minutes for it was the nail in the coffin

What a great establishment! Guests are welcomed with enthusiasm when they arrive. I was there early this morning so I was not sure what to expect. I've never been there before. There is a drive-thru that wraps around the corner with the vehicles that are waiting in line to get coffee. And why not, you can tell that the baristas at this place really believe in the mission and love what they do. I met the lead barista, Zoie, who asked me if I had ever been there before. I had not. She told me a little bit about the mission and what the owner believed, which was that every person matters. In fact, I guess the story goes that he made the coffee shop with the intention of helping homeless young people eligible to work and make a living and respect themselves and others. I think that he has definitely achieved that goal. The coffee is good and the people are even better. If you are ever near one, you need to go in there and grab a cup of coffee to support them and their mission. I am a big believer in culture, and this place is one that has created a culture worth supporting. I will be back.

Everything is super cute and aesthetic!! I ordered 2 of the avocado cream cheese toasts, 3 Dubai chocolate croissants, 4 diff matcha coffee variations, and it even all came in a cute tote bag since I ordered so much! I ordered for me and my coworkers but they forgot to put the 3rd Dubai croissant for one of them 😭 I tried to call and no one ever answers the phone and I wasn’t going to go back and wait another hour for another croissant. I love how cute everything is but the wait is too long and can’t get a hold of anyone if an order is messed up. I understand they were busy so it was an honest mistake to forget but I wish someone would please answer their phones lol. I’ll probably only go back once the lines are shorter! It was too busy so probably more likely to make mistakes in orders.

February 2025 - The drive-thru line was quite lengthy, but fortunately, we managed to find a parking spot on the street directly across from the cafe. Parking can be quite chaotic, so be prepared. There are only a handful of parking spaces right in front of the entrance, probably around 3-4 spots. Additionally, there are about 4-6 parking spots adjacent to the drive-thru, which can be tricky to exit if the line is obstructing you, which is more likely to happen than not. So it's better to choose a street spot.

Upon entering, we noticed a long table with chairs to the right, and along the left side of the cafe, there were approximately 4-6 tables with chairs.

The woman at the front register was warm, patient, and exuded a welcoming vibe. I ordered the Matcha Squared, which was excellent—5/5! I highly recommend this drink to anyone who appreciates matcha in all its earthy glory. If you prefer a sweeter matcha experience, consider trying the Matcha Strawberries and Cream or their Birthday Cake Latte. The atmosphere inside the cafe was quite vibrant. My friend opted for the World's Best Vanilla Latte, and she enjoyed it as well—5/5.

I also tried the pistachio croissant, and I found it delightful. It was sweet but not excessively so—perfectly balanced, earning a 5/5 rating.

I sampled my friend's chocolate chip cookie croissant, and it was just okay. I thought the cookie dough was a bit too thick, although my friend liked it. I would rate it 3/5.

On my most recent visit on July 12, 2025, I went through the drive-thru and tried their Keith Lee Latte, which was good—4.5/5.

I also ordered the Lavender Bloom Latte (Oops, I was referring to it as lavender matcha), and it was quite enjoyable—5/5.

Overall, both of my visits have been positive experiences, particularly due to the drinks I've tried and their delicious pistachio croissant. As well as the amazing customer service from the young lady who took our orders and...

My sister and I visited this place before it officially opened, and we loved the drinks. Despite how busy it was, we were surprised by how quickly we were served. We decided to go again, but it wasn't as crowded this time. We ordered our drinks, sat down, and waited ten minutes; still, no drinks. After 25 minutes, we still hadn't received anything, and people who had just arrived were already getting their orders.

My sister went up to ask for an update, and the staff told us they'd get to our order soon, and that was that. After waiting forty-five minutes, we decided to request a refund, and my sister was standing at the counter, being ignored. We talked to the girl at the register, who was friendly and tried to locate our order, but we found out they had lost the ticket for our drinks. We were then directed back to the counter to explain the situation to the staff making the drinks. Unfortunately, they brushed us off, and even after speaking to two different employees, we still received no drinks. Another girl was in the same boat as us and was waiting almost an hour for her drink.

Eventually, we were given a refund and a receipt for a free drink. While I understand it was busy, receiving our drinks and a timely refund would have been nice, especially considering the time it took for us to get to the place and my sister being late back to work since it took over an hour and...
