Braum’s Hamburgers — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I went to this Braums yesterday on my way home. I ordered a 4 cheese burger meal with no salt fries. As I was driving, I ate the fries that were salty, but it happens. When I got home, my roommate asked for a favor, and I helped him before remembering that I hadn't eaten yet. When I went to eat my burger, I found there were chicken stips in my bag instead. Look, it's cheat day and all I wanted was a burger, so even though it was probably half an hour after I ordered I decided to go back to Braums and try to get what I actually ordered. The crew inside this Braums was amazing! When I walked in to explain what happened, they had already been waiting for me after discovering the mix-up. They assured me it was no problem and asked me to wait while they remade my food. It was a little bit of a wait, as expected, but while I was waiting, no less than 5 employees checked to make sure I had been helped.
