Che'f Tacos — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Only 5 stars because I can't give 100. Jose and his wife run this and their hard work is exemplary. I've been a regular since they started. I cannot fathom a way to describe the value, accurately. The on my thing I can say is better than the food(unequivocally my favorite Mexican cuisine as a chef in Texas for over 20 years) is their hospitality and passion driven by the customers. In my experience, give the customers what they want. They're paying your bills. Its what its all about. Family, friends, respect, and a happy stomach. Don't think about it, just go check it out. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The Chef was so RUDE. I ordered two tacos and I did not know they came with hot sauce. We asked him if we could get another set without hot sauce and he EXPLODED. Accusing us of of being rude for asking for another set. He threw the tacos in the trash violently and said he would come back with new tacos. Of course he DID NOT. I waited all day for them. When I finally left I asked for a refund and he had already refunded me without telling me and making me wait all day for the new tacos. I will never come back the chef is beyond rude. Got pastor tacos and it was very mushy and oily. Purple onion was mixed in with the meat, and the tortillas could have been heated more, they were soggy from the grease. Nachos were ok, but the cheese became solid so it was like eating chunks of cheese. I will say the wings looked great! And the party I was with tore up the quesadillas. So maybe next time I’ll try those items. They had bottled Cokes...
