Poorest customer service ever I use to work at sonic for years this person on the box was so rude I asked for a banana split shake and she said since it's not on the menu she won't make it then I asked if she could just make a shake similar and I just add the toppings I want and she charge me for it .She again refuse to make it . I use to work there and I know for a fact if a customer comes in and wants any kind of toppings no matter how weird it may sound to u sonic makes it and changes u for the toppings . After I agreed to get a different shake she then rushed me to order saying are you done while I was in the middle of telling her I want a Fanta drink so i told her can you let me finish saying what i want cuz you are not letting me talk. The girl on the box (person taking order) then acted like she didn't understand what a Fanta was. As a former employee if this was a sercert shopper this store would have failed on so many things. She did not greet me properly she didn't read me my order back after she took it and she didn't tell me my subtotal. She just completely left me without knowing if she even took my order. Waited patiently, and was looking at the screen as it tells you your order is “in the kitchen” and then “on its way” and I noticed the screen said “on its way” but it never came. The manager was running the food so I assumed there’s no possible way a mistake like this could happen, he is the leader after all. I sat and watched as different cars would pull up, order, and get their food while I still stood there. The manager even came by, with a different order and I told him “it’s not mine, I just had mozzarella sticks” still nothing. Their Route 44 size tackles any thirst, and there are SO many drink options, but nothing is better than their cherry limeade. Classic. Really wide menu of snacks, burgers, hot dogs, sides and sweets makes it easy to satisfy everyone. Have always found Sonics to be consistent in quality and experience. What would the Sonic experience be without those speakers and carhops? No rush to order and the food comes fast and hot (or cold... depending.) The card readers right at the speaker makes it very corona virus friendly. Also, best ice ever. Get it by the bag and take it home.
