Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Saginaw

I really wanted to like this location since it is closer to me than the lake worth location but after today I wont be returning. Similar to some of the other reviews, about a month ago I sat at the chipotle line for over 45 minutes for 1 burrito. Other than one person coming to the window when I initially arrived to get the name on the order, no one ever came to the window to check in, tell me what was going on, nothing. Finally a young man came and gave me the wrong order. So after more waiting, I was eventually given a cold burrito. I decided to give it another try because we all have bad days and have gone back several times since then. Majority of the time the customer service is subpar and if you ask for anything they will treat you like a panhandler on the street. Take today for example, I pulled up to the chipotle lane and waited for about 10 minutes. I was the only car in line. The girl came to the window and was handing me my order. I asked for a side of red tomatillo salsa and she said let me see, opened my order and looked inside. Why she did this I dont know. She then handed me my bag and went to get the red sauce. While she was doing that I checked my order and there were no napkins. On multiple occasions I have been given messy orders, burritos not wrapped properly, food spillage on the outside of the foil etc., so when she returned with the salsa I asked for napkins. She gave me a death stare, walked off, came back and handed me napkins. I said thank you and she just walked off. This was the final straw for me. We eat chipotle at least 2-3 times a week as a quick healthierish alternative to the other fast food places since we work long hours. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! TODAY I WAS ORDERING LUNCH FOR MY JOB AND MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS ONLINE AND IT WOULD NOT SUBMIT MY ORDER AT ALL. SO I CALLED AND EXPLAINED TO THEM I WAS UNABLE TO ORDER ONLINE DUE TO ISSUES THEIR AP ORDERING WAS HAVING. THE PERSON THEN TOLD BY THE PERSON I SPOKE WITH TO JUST COME IN AND ORDER. MIND YALL I LET THEM KNOW ON THE PHONE I NEEDED 10 BOWLS. WHEN I SHOWED UP I WENT IN AND LET THE BOY KNOW I NEEDED SEVERAL BOWLS, HE BEGAN TO TAKE MY ORDER. WHILE TAKING MY ORDER ANOTHER MAN APPROACHED ME VERY RUDE AND STATED THAT I WAS NOT ABLE TO ORDER AND WOULD HAVE PUT IN AN ORDER ONLINE, I TOLD HIM THE SITUATION AND HOW MY ORDER WOULD NOT GO THROUGH AND THE PERSON I SPOKE WITH ON THE PHONE SAID THAT IT WAS OKAY AND THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF ME WHEN I CAME IN. HE THEN CAUGHT A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE ONCE I ASKED FOR THE MANGER AND HE THEN SAYS YOUR LOOKING AT HIM. I TOLD HIM THAT I WILL BE MAKING MY ORDER BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THAT ON THE PHONE. WHEN I CHECKED OUT THE GIRL IN THE PURPLE HAIR HAD A ATTITUDE AS WELL AND CAUGHT AN EVEN NASTIER ONE WHEN I WAS CHECKING I HAD ALL MY BOWLS. MANAGER AND THE GIRL AT REGISTER NEED ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENTS!! PROPS TO THE TWO BOYS THAT TOOK AND MADE MY ORDER, ONLY KIND AND RESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES THERE. ONCE I GOT BACK TO THE OFFICE, ME AND MY OTHER 3 COWORKERS WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED…. CHIPS WERE VERY STALE AND NON EDIBLE!!
