Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I walked in I didn’t even get greeted the lady in the front was counting money and not once did she say anything to acknowledge me to wait . I ordered my pizza and came back 20 minutes later a huge line was formed and nobody in the front everyone was in the back . Some girl with a piercing in her eyebrow finally came and she seemed annoyed while helping everyone . This store is so unorganized.

NEW REVIEW: came here again thinking it would be different i ordered pizza for my sons school 24 hrs in advance i had gotten a confirmation to pick up at 11-11:05 the store didnt open until 11:20 i adviced the black lady i had placed an online order the day before and she stated no pizzas were cooked yet i continued to show her my confirmation and i asked her if they didnt have anything ready why couldnt they give me a call to advise me that way i coudlve ordered from somewhere else. she continued to say she was there alone and she had just gotten there i did tell her i had been parked outside since 10:30am and saw her in the back just standing she couldve used that time to call the customers that placed orders to let them know, she wallked to the back as i was talking to her cursing under her breath. After waiting a few more minutes i demanded a refund and she ignored me i tried getting her attention and she just kept walking to the very back , she then hollered that she wasnt a manager and that she couldnt issue a refund with an attitude i took my phone out to record her and she said " what is recording or taking pictures of me going to get you.At this point its 11:40 and the manager Brandon Hill walks in and he ignores me and walks right past me i explain to him what was going on and he was so unproffesional and quickly got an attitude and raised his voice at me continues to say im not even suppose to be in til 12 like he was bothered about the situation , he shouldnt have to be bothered with me but with his team for being rude and un proffesional just plain LAZY! He issued my refund after i demanded for it 3 times. i will not be purchasing from here and i hope nobody else does as well , they dont treat you fairly. And if corporate sees this ask to check the cameras not once i was in the wrong the way they treated me was so...

I should give this chain's location only 1 or zero stars; but, I will point out two positives to be fair. First, with the price & taste of the so called "ready to go" pizza, the value is good. Second, the people working here seem to always be working hard. The problem is, I have only gone one time when the ready to go pizza was available & ready to go. The other 4 times there was no pizza at all that was ready to go, even though this is how the chain sells the product in it's advertising. I go because I want a decent pizza at a good price that will be there & ready when I arrive and order. I admit I often go at busy times, but that is when the advertising says that ready to go pizza is available, such as 4pm to 7pm daily or similar. About 5 weeks ago, I waited over 40 minutes. When I arrived, I paid & was told that I would have a wait due to a large order. Since I had already paid, I decided to wait it out. Partially because there was no one up at the counter to ask for money back & I never dreamed that it could take this long. I never experienced more than 10 minutes at other locations of this chain. A few weeks later I went back. No ready to go pizza was available. I waited about twenty minutes after my arrival at least to place my order & get it. Today, a Saturday at about 6:10 pm, I waited about 10 minutes before anyone came up front to take my order. Again, no ready to go pizza was available & 14 orders were in front of me. I asked how long & was informed at least 20 minutes. This time I knew I didn't want to end up waiting 40 minutes, so I left to another chain. There was no wait to order & I had a freshly cooked pizza in almost 10 minutes, even though this chain doesn't advertise ready...

Usually I come away from this store feeling indifferent. It's not great pizza but when it's 8:00 at night, it's faster than cooking a full meal. I just came back from an experience that will keep me from ever going back. I show up and order a pepperoni pizza and a pretzel crust pizza (no salt). The woman at the front mocked my voice and in mid-sentence of my order, she walked away. She was replaced by another woman who was so concerned with doing a "drink run" for her coworkers that I had to repeat my order another two times. They pushed out a dozen pizzas and serviced several customers who came in and ordered after me in the six minutes they said I had to wait for my pretzel pizza. Then, after ten minutes, turns out they never cooked my pizzas. So I had to wait some more. I get home and hand off the pepperoni to my brother in law and my wife and open the box to my pretzel pizza to see that it was just a regular pepperoni with cheese sauce instead of tomato. Now, while the guy was making my pizza, he kept announcing he was making a pretzel pizza with no sauce just to appease the customer who'd been waiting fifteen minutes by that point for a pizza that takes six minutes to make. So he knew what he was doing. The pretzel crust pizza is like 50 cents to a dollar more expensive than the regular pizza. So I left the store insulted, lied to, and robbed of my money.
