Food showed up at someone else's address. When finally arrived my tots were burnt and half eaten. Tracked my order the entire time and the manager Eric's excuse was that if he didn't find the place in 5 minutes they just drop it off and leave it wherever. The guy never called to ask for more help locating me and didn't even try looking. He pulled up immediately to wrong location and dropped it off. Then Eric tried to make fun of me for have a free pizza coupon but was given that because they continuously mess up on orders. Then stooped so low as to try to insult where I live, which couldn't have valid points considering the driver dropped it off at some other address smh. As the reviews continue to show. The only one he embarrassed was himself and that store. Then when I asked for a refund on the item half eaten, as that's health concern, I was verbally assaulted and told I was wasting time for a immature girl trying to argue with an adult with weak antics. Had to call corporate for refund and file assult charges. Will never dine from or with trash! Nov.16th I place an order at 3:21pm online my arrival time was between 4:12 & 4:31 at 5:30 a whole hour after not receiving my food I called spoke with a manager that told me the best he could do was remake my food to make sure it was fresh. Like really were you going to send me the old pizza that's been sitting there 2 hours due to you having one driver. You would think that went without saying. He said that's the best he could do. Make my food fresh or give me my money back. Remind you I never asked for a refund. I just had the right to know why it would take 3 hours to get my food. Order was processed, I was charged, and when I pulled up I discovered the location had to close early. I know they have been short staffed in the past, so I’m sure that played a role. However, nobody will refund me. I’ve contacted the location directly and was told to call corporate. I called corporate and someone heard my story and said they would pass it along, and I never heard back. I’ve contacted the company via social media and no response. I’m understanding that the location had to close early. However, I’m not okay with my money not being refunded and being ignored. Completely unacceptable.
EDIT: The email Dominos gave me in their “response” will not respond either. Looking through other recent reviews it appears this is common practice at this location - as in never delivering an order and not issuing a refund.. canceling online orders and not issuing a refund.. this is theft. The company and location will not take responsibility and they are stealing...
