Order online, guy in store for store pickup was beyond amazing, he happily remade the pizza that person taking my order messed up.
Call center took TEN MINUTES to place order of pizza and boneless wings, which the person on phone had no idea what boneless chicken bites are, had no idea Domino's offered chicken anything then confused various parts of order.
Asked for a side of ranch w pizza, instead they replaced marina tomato sauce on pizza w ranch! Then didn't tell me about that detail when getting my order confirmed.
They clearly had no idea how to place an order as it took TEN MINUTES!!! They didn't seem to understand what chicken wings or chicken bites were. They didn't understand ingredients on pizza!
Domino's why would you have someone taking orders that doesn't even know or understand the basics of your own menu? Took this person a whole two minutes to tell me that you offered chicken... a whole minute to look at the menu online.
When we came to store to pickup food, I inspected my order and found the ranch sauce instead of tomato sauce on pizza, and I told the guy behind counter. I explained I didn't want ranch sauce on pizza, but ranch dipping sauce on side, he happily remade my pizza immediately. Great dude!
How your call center phone operator could make these kinds of mistakes and take a whole TEN MINUTES to receive an order of ONE PIZZA!!! And they screw it up !!!!
To top it all off, they didn't even place my order correctly for chicken bites. I wanted the regular boneless chicken bites, they ordered the special ones with bacon + tomato then placed instructions to remove bacon + tomato, in order to charge me the price for specialty chicken but I wanted the regular [and slightly cheaper]
Congratulations Domino's you gouged me a few bucks, but I will never ever ever ever ever order Domino's again
How you could undermine your own business model like this is hilariously stupid and dimwitted as well as short-sighted. How many customers have called, placed an order, the operator doesn't speak english nor understands any american vernacular or even the syntax of pizza... only for all of it to go wrong in a multitude of tediously stupid ways that only a shrewd person paying careful attention might notice!!! Why do this!????

Read moreDon’t order delivery from this Dominos unless you’re on diet, and trying to avoid eating pizza. Placed our order at 10:50 and from their it seems that since we pre-paid and tipped via credit, they felt there was no need to hurry.
At 11:17 it stated they were quality checking our pizza. At 11:40 I was becoming skeptical of this claim. It was then I tried to signal there was a problem with our order, but since they hadn’t flagged it as “out for delivery,” the button was grayed out. I checked the box to give me delivery notifications and waited.
At 12:01 I tried calling to see if they were ever going to deliver our pizza, but the location was closed so it went straight to voicemail. It was officially too late to get food anywhere else, so we started boiling water for oatmeal as a last ditch effort to eat something before sleep. It was then at 12:20 that I received a text message that our pizza was out for delivery. We weren’t happy, but at least it was coming.
At 12:45 we started to suspect it wasn’t coming. Especially since we only live 5 minutes from the store...
At 1:00 AM in the morning, I get a phone call from the driver that he needs me to meet HIM outside with our pizza. I was expecting some long winded explanation about why our pizza was so late, but after thanking him for the pizza he just responds with a grunt before quickly turning around to leave.

Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. This was a nightmare. I placed an order at 7:45 on a Sunday and the online wait time was 40-51 minutes. An hour and a half later, no pizza. I called to ask approx. delivery time and was told it would be THREE HOURS. The guy said he could cancel my order without any apology or sympathy. I said fine and hung up. After a few minutes I called back because my order said it was ready on the app. I asked if my order was ready and just sitting there, and if so I could send my husband to come pick it up. I was told it was ready and they wouldn't charge if we wanted to pickup, again with little to no sympathy. So, that's fine, I thought, I'll send my husband to get it and we will be eating in 15 minutes. An hour later after he hadn't returned (we live 6 minutes away), I called and asked what the deal was. He said when he got there they had no record of our order and didn't know where our pizzas were. Again, little to no sympathy. About twenty minutes AFTER he sat there waiting a lady came out and asked "What did you have again?" To which my husband had no clue (since I placed the order) and just said to give us whatever so we could go home and eat. It's now 10:24, almost 3 hours after I placed the order, and he still is not home with food. NEVER AGAIN will I order from this place, and I'm HIGHLY considering never ordering from Dominos again....
