This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with. After waiting over an hour and fifteen minutes for our order last night and calling the store and being placed on hold for 20+ minutes we finally received our order. It was absolutely deplorable and it was evident that the order had been sitting under the heating vent for quite some time. I called the store this morning to discuss this situation and ask why it had happened, and Barry had answered the phone to tell me that they only had one driver and a significant amount of orders - which is interesting. I then asked why they continued to take delivery orders knowing they had overwhelmed the one delivery driver they had. He said "because nobody wants to work and that's why we only have on delivery driver" and that he doesn't feel overworked. I proceeded to tell him it isn't about people not wanting work - it is about the fact that they probably aren't paying enough in order to employ people to deliver a good product. He laughed at me and told me I was being rude and that he had been nothing but nice to me - after I pointed out he was bringing up a topic unrelated to the actual problem that he was the rude one I then asked to speak to a manager. He then hung up on me. I called the location back and they kept me on hold for more than 20 minutes. This is the customer service that they are willing to put out. I paid over $30 for my order for it to be cold, overcooked, and not at all good. Whoever the store manager is I hope you read this. And I really hope you understand that excuses do not help with customer service nor blaming people on your belief that they "don't want to work" - that is an incredibly weak excuse to give to...
Read moreWaited for our pizza as the app said. Then immediately went to delivered. Called the store and was told guy honked and waited for 10 minutes. Store associate told me she was store manager and I was out of luck on my pizza. After I argued with her she finally refunded my money. Also refused to tell me her name. Then told me she wouldn't tell me who district manager was either. Lousy service. Lousy delivery.
Update, so gave the store a second try thinking maybe they fixed the issues. Wrong! Ordered two pizzas. One was completely the wrong order but in the right box. Was told it would be 1 hour to 1.5 hours before a replacement could be sent out. 2 hours later and still no pizza. Asked for a refund and was told that it was impossible to do so. I don't understand how a store with such horrible reviews can stay in business.
Decided to give it a third attempt as it's the closest dominoes around. Bad idea. I will post my pictures of the pure filth of this store. Not to mention we ordered our pizza at 6:20pm and was told it would be ready in 13 minutes. Still waiting at the pickup window at 7:20pm. Used nasty aprons on floor, trash on floor, empty boxes laying around. Pictures don't show the layer of scum...
Read moreI always order my pizza online paying via credit card. I just placed an order today which was roughly $25 dollars. Our expected wait time was 18 - 28 minutes for delivery. Which is great! I'm a starving pregnant woman! lol My daughter noticed the delivery guy outside and while I waited for him to come to my door, he never did. I seen the guy walking back to his blue car and driving off. I assumed our neighbor ordered food too! I waited another 10 minutes until I realized that something wasn't right.
I called back to the store and was inquiring about the delivery status. Some girl answered and then handed the phone over to the guy who delivered the pizza. He said that he delivered it and was able to describe the person who he delivered too. He also allowed this "Hispanic man w/ tattoos" to not only take an order that had a woman's name, but he signed for my food too! The delivery guy recalled seeing my jeep in my front yard that had a back flat tire, but he fails to see the address in the brick right above it. How pathetic. They offered to remake my pizza; which was a joke. I requested a refund which will take up to two business days.
