Service was disappointing waitress could not speak English food was not hot had no flavor and the fajitas where burnt we ordered the only size they had which is large guacamole the chips where broken in small pieces so we ordered another basket and they charged me for the chips we ask for another salsa because they only brought one and there where two of us eating had no silverware ask 3 times for that and when you got more tea in the glass they took it to the ordering station then to other customers table while the where coughing then to the kitchen to fill up the glass every Mexican food rest IV been to always provides the chips and salsa And all rest have a tea picture to take to the table, very disorganised, oh and when you walk in the menus are in the hallway so when you step in to be seated they have to go back to the hallway to get the menus just not organised and if there was a manager he was not paying attention or was no their everyone needs training and customer service help I will not be back this was my second time in, the first time my food was cold also, I saw it sitting in the serving table for 15 mins the music was so loud and the waitress was preoccupied playing around with manager cutting up that I could not get her attention, Just not a...

Yesterday, I Door Dashed my order and I rated the food and the service a 5 out of 5; today my order was more like a 3 on the food and a 5 on the delivery driver. I ordered the Flautes de Pollo; but it was served cold. I don't know if this is normal for the restaurant but I thought I'd bring it to your attention.My sister ordered the Alitas de Pollo "La Marea," the Lemon Pepper Chicken with the flats only, no drums; unfortunately, she got both. She also requested 2 sides of ranch dressing with her dinner; however, she didn't receive any. She also complained the Alitas de Pollo was very, very salty; it was inedible. She wondered if the Queso Bowl she ordered came with chips. I told her on the menu it just stated Queso Bowl, so maybe it doesn't come with chips. I don't know. She said, so, I'm supposed to eat a bowl of cheese without chips? To remedy the situation I gave some of my warm chips and hot salsa, which we both loved. After having a fantastic dining experience at the same restaurant in Irving, TX a month ago, I was eagerly anticipating the same level of quality and flavor at the location near my hotel. Unfortunately, my recent visit left much to be desired. The food, which I had previously raved about, fell short of expectations, especially the oysters. Unlike the fresh, generously-sized oysters served with a variety of accompaniments at the other Irving location, these oysters lacked freshness and were disappointingly small. Furthermore, they were served with just a splash of lime juice, lacking the flavorful extras I had come to expect. Additionally, at the other Irving location, they use a knife to scrape the oyster meat from the bottom shell, making it easier to enjoy every last bit. However, at this location near my hotel, this practice was not followed, making it difficult to fully enjoy the oysters. While the overall ambiance and service were satisfactory, the lackluster quality of the food was a letdown. Hopefully, the restaurant can address these issues to maintain the high standards...
