I went back home across the street before ordering another drink and covered my ginger beer back (I prefer this to Gingerale because it cleared your sinuses and it’s great tasting). I was speaking with a neighbor and enjoying myself and our conversation. When I get back the female older waitress said that I had too much to drink and I’m like I only had one double shot with a ginger back. What are you talking about? I’m not slurring. I’m not falling over the place, two shots, went back to my house, turned the spaghetti sauce off and came back. They always do this with me. But I see plenty of other people being totally wasted and loud and boisterous. I don’t know, I used to like it, but I just , the women Bartenders who work there give me hateful vibes and don’t address me. I’m not a college kid who gets drunk off of a double shot. As much as I’ve per used their business I was shocked. I thought she was joking. So yes, racist is all I’m going to say the waitresses are always giving hateful vibes towards me. The guy with the dreads is awesome. They’re never polite or they never greet you. It’s always they ignore me which should’ve been a sign from the jump. To them, I don’t fit in with their crowd and they don’t want me there so they don’t ever have to worry about me...
Read moreHad a really disappointing experience here on my birthday of all days SMH. When I arrived with my cousin, I dropped my ID while handing it to the bouncer. Instead of simply checking it, he looked me up and down and then asked if I was tipsy. I said no, but he still denied us entry with no real explanation. Meanwhile, other people were being let in without an issue.
When my other cousins later tried to speak with management about how unfairly I was treated, the manager refused to address the situation and instead tried to make me the problem. She wouldn't even speak to me directly but claimed I "yelled at her" simply because I called out someone staring at me as I was leaving.
This was supposed to be a fun night out, but instead, I left feeling disrespected and discriminated against. I’ve never been denied entry to a bar for something so minor, and the entire situation felt biased. If this is how they treat paying customers, I won’t be back—and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values fairness...
Read moreI visited this place last night with coworkers, vibe was cool and chill. Crowded, but perfect for a small gathering. I decided I would try a cocktail. I waited at the bar and I asked how much a green tea shot was, the bartender (lady) said $8.50. I said oh, okay nvm...then asked if she she could make a lemon drop, but with tequila...she looked at me with a blank stare and replied "uh, yeah." I said okay, I'll take one and one coke please. After coming back with a green tea shot and a coke, I apologized and repeated my order. She let out a huge sigh and proceeded to slam the shaker down to make my drink. I told her just not to worry about it, usually I would have escalated this further, but I just decided not to spend money where I wasn't valued or felt like an annoyance. The gentleman bartender was very...
