Jeremiah's Italian Ice — Restaurant in Fort Worth

The Italian blueberry ice is five stars! The frozen custards are tasty as well. The price point is very expensive but there was a discount. Why they wouldn’t take my buy one get one free coupon was not explained to me at all she just said they are not taking that coupon so they def. Need to explain that reasoning so they can interpret it to their patrons. I ask if it was the time frame checked the coupons nothing to show an Exp. Date stated that but she quickly said they were doin a 20% off then literally couldn’t give me an answer bc I said yeah no 20% is not anywhere close enough to buy one get one free. But I wanted to try it so I blew it off, however next time I will expect to use...

While we usually go through the drive-thru, we have gone inside a couple of times. Great family atmosphere.

But, the service and the dessert? Phenomenal!

On our most recent visit, our drive-thru server was the most pleasant and cheerful young lady we had had in a drive-thruin a ling time. She made my day.

Recommendation? My husband loves the salted caramel ice, but also recently enjoyed the Mud Pie that has Oreo cookie crumbles in it. I, on the other hand, always go for the Caramel Apple "Favorite" but substitute the chocolate chips for the Cookie Butter Crumbles (pretty sure they are Biscoff cookie crumbles.) The chips just didn't work for me, but those crumbles?...

Horrible customer service. Came in through the drive thru made my order, then staff member told me she was unable to take my cash because she pull the register. Asked if she could ring me in through the front she said no registers are pulled mind you, I pulled up 15/20 minutes before close. I get they want to get out of there in a timely manner yet that was very unprofessional should hold at least one register open till close. Like come on now that just tells me the joint is being run by children. I made a call up there to confirm because any other night I come no problem taking cash, lady said over the phone registers are pulled early depending on who closes. Very unprofessional...
