I’m giving this location a 1-star rating in every category due to the terrible customer service I received. I placed a delivery order today, and not just once, but twice, my order was never delivered. When I reached out, the shift manager refused to refund my order or have it re-delivered.

If I were someone who frequently placed orders and requested refunds, I could understand some hesitation. However, I regularly order from this store with no issues. Unfortunately, today I wasn’t able to pick up my order myself and had to rely on delivery. Instead of providing a solution, the shift manager hung up on me after dismissively telling me to "take it up with corporate."

What they didn’t realize is that I recorded every conversation and have already spoken with someone at corporate. It’s unfortunate that I had to go to such lengths over a few dollars, but I refuse to let my hard-earned money go to waste. My husband and I used to come here often last year. Stopped in today. Not one person was at the front to wait on us. While waiting for the employees to show up to wait on us, we looked at the food. Outside of a medical emergency, there was absolutely no excuse for the unsanitary food prep area. The meat slicer appeared to have not been thoroughly cleaned in days. It was loaded down with meats of all kinds. All the sandwich ingredients were uncovered. The mayonnaise was uncovered with pickles spilled all in the mayo. My husband and I were so grossed out by the meat stuck to the slicer and uncovered " extras" - we looked at each other and walked out. VERY UNSAFE FOOD HANDLING. When employees aren't busy, instead of taking a smoke break or whatever, FIRST, they should clean the meat slicer and cover the other foods. Disgusting. MANAGER ; please train your staff on food safety and CLEANLINESS. Will never go back to that location. We will stick to the clean one...

I came in at 10am today to order my dinner after a long overnight shift in Supply Chain. There was only 1 guy in front of me, but he was ordering for his Whole office, 10 maybe 12 sandwhiches.. I came in to order my big #6 but what happened was Really special.. this older latina lady idk her name, somebody's mom, was keeping Everything running like a well oiled machine, all 5 other employees on task and efficient.. kept track of what was needed she gave instructions and they did their duty Beautifully, and she had them do my order done right and checked me out while they still worked on the large dozen sandwich order as well as online orders.. ive run multiple retail businesses.. millions of dollars.. if she's not in charge she Should be.. otherwise wasted talent..
