Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Order 2 large pizzas and a large ranch for delivery. Total was $60. Driver arrived at 6:15 and didnt have the ranch. He said he would run back and grab it really quickly. We paid $6 for the ranch and love ranch with our pizza so we wanted it. At 6:35 we called and asked where the ranch was and was told the driver had it ready and would bring it with his next order approximately 15 minutes. That's a total of 35 minutes after our pizza had already arrived. I said to just refund the ranch as we would already be done eating at that point. Instead of refunding the $6 they cancelled the first charge which should appear in our account in 1-3 business days and then charged an additional $54 charge. So now we are currently out $114 dollars for their mistake of a $6 ranch. Manager was zero help, service was awful, and pizza way too expensive to begin with. Recently moved here to Saginaw. My son and brother in law were staying over and everyone wanted pizza , figured we’d try something new. VERY impressed. Got a large deep dish , cheese sticks, cinnamon sticks , and a 2 liter soda for $30. Great value ! Super impressed with the quality - deep dish the crust was perfect golden brown and crispy on the bottom and pillow soft interior. Cupped pepperoni and the mozzarella was high quality and great cheese pull. Triple Cheese sticks cooked perfectly , the cinna sticks with icing drizzle was a great sweet finish to the salty main course. The “ turbo crust “ seasoning on the cheese sticks and pizza crust take it to the next level . Don’t waste your money on other big name pizza places next time and give this place a chance . Went there for the first time last night so my wife can try a new gluten free pizza. She thought it was delicious and hasn’t had a thick crust pizza since going GF. I ordered a 4 corner pizza with a small salad and both were so good. The small salad is big enough for 2-3 people to split. The staff are super nice, I am assuming I met the owner of the Saginaw one as her kids’ pictures were hanging by the register and she was so kind and let me know about how safe they can be for GF.
