If you’re craving authentic Balkan food in America, Joe’s Pizza & More is an absolute hidden gem you have to visit. We ordered the ćevapi and burek with yogurt, and both were nothing short of phenomenal.

First, the ćevapi were absolutely perfect — juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The meat was tender and well-seasoned, served with fresh, warm bread and traditional sides that made every bite feel like a trip straight to the Balkans. You can immediately tell the quality and care that goes into it.

The burek was equally impressive — flaky on the outside, packed with rich, savory filling inside. It was served piping hot, and pairing it with the creamy, tangy yogurt elevated the experience even more. Honestly, it was one of the best bureks I’ve ever had, even compared to spots back home.

What makes Joe’s even more special is the owner himself cooks everything. You can feel the passion in every plate he serves.
