Alta Mesa Donuts — Restaurant in Fort Worth

SOOOOO RUDE!!! so immediately as I pulled up to the drive thru she had her head stuck out and did not want to wait for me to look at the menu then when I got my donut there was hair in it so I politely told her (not mad at all, accidents happen) when she starts snapping at me that I put the hair in the donut (it was under the glaze) and that I already touched the donut (how else would I see it I have to pick it up to eat it?) then after going back and forth with her she comes back to the window with some man who claims there isn't even a hair on the donut that I'm lying? Seriously i was arguing with them for 20 minutes when all they had to do was say sorry and give me another donut. So rude never coming back. Oh and then did I mention she yelled at me because I asked for cream...

I don’t even want to rate this experience I had today!!! I have never been so disgusted in my life!! I proceeded to give the lady worker my order she had about 6 donuts in the box as I was finishing up a dozen order to share with my crew members… When the lady cleared her nose over my donuts than asked me what else I needed.. I stood there in disbelief and stated can you please wash your hands!!! She than took her glove off the other hand than laid it on top of the other donuts that was in the back!! Are you serious lady?? I will neverrrrr shop at this store again… turned my stomach all the way in a knot horrible horrible!!! I WISH I COULD RATE 0!!! OF COURSE I WALKED OUT WITHNO DONUTS ! You can have them lady...

My card was over charged... When I paid for my food yesterday, I was charged $8.15. Today I received a text message saying that my amount total was increased by $2.00, which I did not agree to. I checked my card and there was an extra $2.00 withdrawn from my account. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB this morning because this is unacceptable! They need to know that this location is scamming people. I will not purchase anything at this...
