I love finding and visiting little family-owned restaurants!! Sometimes you get lucky & find a good one.. this time I got beyond lucky!!! This place is great!! Customer service, cleanliness, friendliness, quality of the food, and condition of the restroom and restaurant itself all scored high on my picky test!! It really was an awesome place... I recommend it for grown-ups alone or even with their kids... They also have this really cool student special for $5 which is great because there's a school right up the street where the kids are able to leave campus for lunch... I thought that was pretty awesome of them to have... mom ordered a gordita with chicharrones and I ordered a torta with carne asada and both were delish!! I found my new breakfast / lunch spot.... To the staff; thank you all for your wonderful service!! I love your place & the family pride your restaurant shows!!!! Two thumbs up!!

Ive been here a couple of times. Once I got breakfast burritos, these things are big and dont come with BS fillers. You get a ton of egg and whatever else you choose with a nice fresh tortilla. Ive also had 2 of their quesadillas which are HUGE and they are not stingy with their meat. The cheese was not crappy mozzarella but more of an asadero style stringy cheese. The tortilla is CORN fresh made on the spot. These are legit quesadillas no tex-mex junk. Comes tomato and lettuce on the side. Hot sauce is hot. Taste before pouring it onto your food. Thats all i have to say about that. Place has a decent amount of seating and the customer service has been good and extra friendly my last visit.

Wow! I was shocked. What amazing Mexican food. I had the Tacos al Pastor (3) plus rice and beans plate. Very big tacos and some of the best rice and beans I've had in a while. The chips and salsa are reminiscent of what I've had at the Frontier Restaurant near the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. The red salsa was heated up and super tasty. I definitely had to have a second bowl of salsa that I immediately poured over my rice. The service was fast and friendly. The green taco sauce (for my tacos) was nice and spicy. Just the way I like it. I have lived a mile away for several years and I never thought of stopping by. Now, it will be part of my regular schedule.

The lady seemed like she didn't want to be bothered when I walked in, was in a rush for me to order, didn't offer a menu until I said I've never been there. Charged $5 for chips and salsa. Most Mexican restaurants throw chips and salsa in for free, if not $2 at most. Unfortunately, I asked her we're the chips and salsa $5 after I had already swiped my card and noticed the price on the receipt. She said it's because she gave me the large container of salsa, umm I didn't ask for a large container of salsa. I just said an order of chips and salsa, she was just trying to find a way to make a quick dollar. I don't see how they have good reviews when the people are rude and the food ain't all that flavorful. You'll find way better Mexican food on...

This is a good little spot. They have a lot of authentic choices, as well as breakfast. I like the Mojarra Frita with chipotle. It’s a whole fried fish with a smokey spicy tomato sauce. Their Chile rellenos are good, as well as the gorditas. Their breakfast items are tasty, and the prices are good as well. Casual ambience with bachata music and soccer on the screen. I had to subtract a star because their horchata isn’t great, their salsas seemed watered down and all heat with no flavor, and their meat choices aren’t the best (i don’t eat pork so I am stuck with steak and chicken and the quality isn’t the best) they should at least add lengua or something else for more variety. Other then that decent authentic...
