I came through the drive through placed my order in a very specific way. I notified the cashier taking the order that I can't have gluten and that is why I was being so specific with my order. They clarified that they understood and read to order back to me. It was correct, but after that everything was wrong. I pulled up to the window and what was read to me there was an egg and cheese biscuit, at which point I said no no no, repeated what the order should have been, and clarified that it was never put in as a biscuit. She confirmed she just read the order wrong and I was okay with that, happens to us all. Then my food was handed to me, because I felt uneasy after the biscuit incident I checked my bag, and I am so glad I did. The order was made incorrectly. To most people having shredded cheese rather than sliced wouldn't be a big deal, but as anti-caking ingredients in this cheese affects my health it is a big deal for me. I handed it back to the cashier And explained what was wrong with the order and that I needed it remade. Her solution however was to have the kitchen just place sliced cheese over top of the order that I already explained I could not eat. She then handed it back to me and asked if that was okay. At this point I'm struggling to keep my patients. I'm frustrated because I have communicated very clearly with their team and they just don't seem to care to listen to what I'm saying or to read the order and make what was actually ordered. She finally tells the kitchen that they need to remake it at which point. Another staff member says that it's going to be 5 minutes but says it in such a tone. That makes me feel like I'm an inconvenience to her because her staff messed up. They asked me to pull forward so I did and it took almost 20 minutes for them to come out with my item. In that time a manager had to step out and ask me to clarify what it was I ordered which I don't understand why clarification was needed when the order is right there on the receipt that I was never handed. I clarified with her what it was that I ordered and what I needed made which she then brought back out to me a few minutes later. All in all, this was one of the worst experiences I have had at a Chick-fil-A. Staff making a customer feel like an inconvenience because the staff messed up and the kitchen team not even reading the order to begin with creating this...
Read moreThis is involving a manager named Tim. His behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely inconsistent with the values Chick-fil-A claims to uphold. While in the drive-through, I witnessed Tim speaking harshly and disrespectfully to his employees in front of customers, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. Unfortunately, my visit escalated when I discovered hair in the food I received. When I went inside to address the issue, I spoke to a cashier named Sonja, who was polite and professional throughout the interaction. She notified Tim of the issue, and he rudely dismissed her, telling her to "just throw it away." He did not acknowledge me at all—offering neither an apology nor a choice between a remake or a refund. Instead, Tim forced a remade sandwich on me without asking my preference. I politely explained that, due to the hair and clear lack of hairnets in the kitchen, I no longer trusted the food and preferred a refund. His response was combative—he snapped that hairnets are used and claimed not to know how the hair got into the food. When I asked for a refund, he told me I needed to retrieve my payment card. I explained that I am pregnant, it was late, and the heat made it unsafe and unreasonable for me to repeatedly walk back and forth to my car due to a mistake made by the staff. Rather than show understanding, Tim rolled his eyes and, with clear frustration, ordered Ms. Sonja—an elderly employee—to follow me to my car to retrieve the card. Not only was his treatment of me as a customer completely inappropriate, but his ongoing disrespect and aggression toward his staff—especially Ms. Sonja—was appalling. Based on what I witnessed and experienced, it is my firm belief that Tim should not be in a managerial position. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and concerned for the employees who have to work under such poor leadership. I hope Chick-fil-A will take this complaint seriously and investigate accordingly. I would appreciate follow-up regarding the...
Read moreI’ve always had a good experience at this Chick-fil-A for lunch or dinner. However, this has been about the fourth or fifth time that I’ve come up here for breakfast on a Saturday and waited in the drive-through due to the long line on the inside. I am not complaining about having to go through the drive-through, my complaint is the lack of proper management on Saturday morning. In my opinion it would be a good practice to notify customers that breakfast is about to stop being served. This would give customers the option to leave or to remain in line if they would like to order something else. I literally waited 15 minutes in line due to the slow moving drive-through line. By the time I got up to the drive-through order box, they notified me through the order box that they had stopped serving breakfast. I explained to them that I had been waiting for a while (15 mins) in line in order to order breakfast, all they said was sorry that they had stopped. At this moment I just said thank you and drove away. In my opinion, this Chick-fil-A lacks any organization in the management during the breakfast time on the weekend (Saturday), it would resolve much frustration and confusion and problems if they would have staff at least step out and notify customers in the drive-through to inform them that they were about to stop serving breakfast, this way customers do not waste their time waiting in line only to find out they can no longer order breakfast.
It takes me about 25 minutes round trip to get there and I was in the drive through for 15 mins. So that’s why I am upset. I will definitely be going to a different location for breakfast even though it may be a little further next time.
If you go here for lunch or for dinner, you should have no problems at all. The food is great and service is always on point, but I highly recommend a different location if you want breakfast and you don’t want to waste your time.
If you read this review, thank you for your time and I hope you have...
