I highly recommend you go to another place to get your food and here is the reason why.. This restaurant is very rude and long waiting lines in drive-thru and then you get to the window they quickly take your money. And then they won't even give you a receipt and tell you to go now. When you ask them for a receipt one girl would not talk to me after I asked for the receipt and the manager just walked up to the window and look through the window and told me to move on and was very rude and then only said to me give me my food which I offered to do that if they gave me a refund which she denied with the word NO!!! you leave now. Hey just leave now. I told her that I had already paid for my food all I need is a receipt or my money back she asked for the food back again and I informed her, I had already gaven the food back. At that point she got the money from the register and basically threw it in my face through the drive-thru window and told me to leave now mind you I have not used any foul language or even yelled at her. I just simply wanted a receipt. And when I asked her for the manager's name and a contact number for store manager. She said no real loud and was saying stuff in Spanish instead of in English which I believe she should be speaking to me because I was speaking to her in English unfortunately for her I am bilingual and I heard some of the comments she made to the other employees they were laughing at what she said. She slammed the drive-through door in my face and would not give me her name or a number to call the complaint in with I spent almost 20 minutes waiting in the Drive-Thru window and I know that was probably not the right thing to do. But they were very rude and I wanted to make sure I got the information to report them. And they went as far as waiting on people in the back window instead of Simply giving me the name of the manager and the number to call and by the way she said that she was calling the cops on me because I wouldn't leave. I said please call them so we can see what you're going to do when I tell them that you won't give me my money and that's whenever she decided to give me back my money but basically throw it in my face and tell me, you leave now. I highly recommend for you to find another place to get your hamburgers because this one here doesn't deserve anybody's business with the people they have working there. Read moreThe manager today 10:00 had name tag Liliana! But I think that's a false name tag or they share the tag! I asked if they did FREE coffee or discount like most places for senior citizens! She answered 'we have hot or ice coffee'. Leading me to believe the answer was yes. However at the window she double charged me from original today. She explained the coffee cost extra and not free or discount. I asked if ok to have free instead of throwing it away she said no because the cost will come from her personal pocket. Oh ok, a cup of wasted coffee to a senior or the poor service story to the review page?!?!?! Liliana and crew have messed up my order as well as a few of my neighbors orders on a number of times!!!! It's a gamble but it's a restaurant who's food brand I have grown up on. She makes excuses, doesn't answer the phone or hangs up when she checks caller ID. Last year she wouldn't have the receipt machine print legibly just so a customer who experienced a problem wouldn't have proof!!!! Why and how is this store in operation with a manager as inexperienced and unqualified as her! She's repeated my order over intercom but still got it wrong!!! Frustrating to use hard earned money to continuously get wrong orders and excuses!!! I've driven to other locations just for better service but how is that manageable during this worse time for struggling...
Read moreWorst service ever! My husband and I are ordering in the drive thru and are giving out our order to the lady. I don’t know how many times my husband had to repeat our order to her. She got mad at us because SHE couldn’t get my order right. We weren’t even done ordering and she yells to my husband to go to the second window. We got fed up and go to the window and a nice young chunky man took our order correctly. They ask us to wait in the front, and we were sitting in our car for about 10 minutes. My husband went inside to see what was going on and he told me the first lady that was taking our order was such a salty rude employee. She was doing nothing but getting angry at the chunky guy that was helping her. She just handed bags to him without making sure he understood which order was which. My husband and the other person that was in the drive thru behind us(also went inside to check on their order) got the wrong order. They checked and had to switch orders. And who got mad!?!? Oh no! Not us the customers. The salty lady did! If she is going to have a horrible attitude with customers and with her employees she should jusy stay home! At least fake it! Rude lady. Please help the young man with this lady, because I feel bad for what he has to deal...
