First of all, I spent the night hugging the toilet throwing up the bad chicken tenders they served me. Not sure if they weren’t cooked all the way or just sat out for too long, but it was a rough night. They shorted me my dessert, now mind you, that’s partially on me for not double checking before I left, but it’s not like my order was complicated. Tenders, fries, fountain drink and one of their new cheesecake rolls. Their chicken was bland, no flavor, just breading. I mention this because they forgot my sauces too. I’ve never been here before so I don’t know what their portion sizes are and I ordered the meal deal and asked for fries, and they replied so double fries? And I said sure thinking it was like any other normal chain, but what I got was two massive boxes of fries. Now that could be good if you’re feeding a family, but it was just me. They could have just said that the boxes are pretty big, are you sure you want two? And then I probably would have asked for a second item. That just boils down to customer service. So 50/50 on this one depending on if you know what you’re ordering. Like others have stated, the lobby is their dry storage area, I’m not hating, just stating. I get it, you need somewhere to place your goods, and when I went through around 7pm, there wasn’t a lot of people in the dine in area. It might be a problem during different times of the day. The staff was just “there”. You could tell they were doing their job, but they just didn’t really care about anything, was the feeling I got. Overall, I definitely would not recommend this place, nor would I ever return. Read moreHorrible, Rude service and attitude from the workers and owners. I'm a fan of Lisa's Chicken but not this location (Camp Bowie by Las Vegas Trail). My first visit they messed up our order (did not get all of the food we paid for). I called and explained to the resturaunt and requested a credit. They claimed not to know what a credit was and said I could pick it up. I explained the inconvenience and asked if I made the effort to go back would they offer a credit. They said they would not charge me and would give me what was missed for free. I explained that I already paid and was going to waste gas and time to go back for their mistake. They made it seem like I was the problem and were very rude in our conversation, as well as, misrepresenting my points when the staff was relaying the issue to the owner (also talked to owner, it was worse). Usually I check the order before I leave but it was busy and we had a sizeable order, so was hoping for the best. I am really disappointed with how the staff and owner handled this situation and how they felt they did not need to offer an adequate (in my eyes) solution for their customer. Read moreI’m very disappointed. I often get Lisa’s because it is good food. Today I ordered through DoorDash. The driver calls me and says that the cashier let him know they do not accept DoorDash orders. The guy told them he picks up there often with DoorDash. The lady still insisted they do not. The driver left without My order but stayed that he delivered it so that it wouldn’t go against him. He let me know. I called Lisa’s and after speaking to a guy who said he’s a manager he said they in fact do not accept DoorDash. I said yes you do. I told him what my order was (it was rather large) and he said yeah that order is here waiting for a driver to pick it up. I said yes my DoorDash driver. He then spoke to the lady that originally told the driver they didn’t accept DoorDash and she starts screaming that the driver said he was grub hub and just drove off. Literally this girl was screaming like a 5 year old throwing a fit. Then the manager had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to speak to this girl. I told him he was out of his mind. All said and done it’s grub hub they don’t accept not door dash. So now I’m having to wait to be refunded $40 all bc those people there are unprofessional and rude and don’t even know what delivery...
