hello i work here and i wanted to clear some things up. fisrt you have to understand that not everything is part of the hot n ready and not everything will be hot and ready all the time. we have to go by our charts which tells us how much to have ready otherwise we get into trouble. if someone comes in and buys all the pizzas we have to sell them to that person which in turn leaves us with no hot n ready's and so the next person comes in all mad wondering why we dont have anything ready. well that person bought em all. but we always throw some in the oven which all pizzas take about 6-7 min. to cook. aside from Deep Dish which take about 10-12 Min. we cant just have 70 pizzas ready we have to follow rules beyond our control. also i saw someone post here that theres always a line. well obviously theres going to be a line when we have so many people coming in ordering so many pizzas. everything is made from scratch we cant just magically make pizzas appear. seriously!!. not only that we have call in's as well. theres only so much we can do and if you dont wanna wait then leave and go somewhere else. dont come in with and attitude and whatnot were trying our best to get everything out to you. and sure we make some mistakes and whatnot but we try to correct them if you call us. were human its going to happen. if you want something just ask us we'll do it, you want your pizza more well done fine we can do that. just ask. also sometimes we are going to run out of stuff thats beyond our control we dont order the stuff or have anything to do with that, we just work there. but i can assure you we'll have it replaced every thursday. ALSO WE DO NOT ACCEPT BILLS OVER $20 its company policy also beyond our control. lastly sometimes we dont keep everything ready even thought theres suppose to be ready simply for the reason of not having so much wasted pizza thrown away because either its a slow day or because they expire. we have the privilege in having these things where others do not. im sorry but i'd rather a customer get mad than to throw away food. like i said it only takes about 6 min to cook a pizza. lastly im going to post a picture of stuff that is to be hot n ready that usually goes to waste .pizzas are to be replaced every 30 min. there would be triple this every day if we followed our charts most of the time. thanks for...

My husband & i have been ordering from here for a while now, usually we have great service &food is ready on time. But We recently ordered from here this last week over the phone & im guessing she's a new worker because we've never seen her before but she was very rude taking my order yelling asking if someone can make a light sauce as if it was not something they did when we order it often &its ready in 6minutes she asked when id pick it up i said when its ready in 6minutes she said it'd be 15min till ready, anyway when we were paying she went to charge us&took my money opened&closed the register left my money on the counter&walked away to answer a text or something on her phone then came back &opened the register &gave me my change. That is the rudest service i have received ever in my life. Savannah is her name, came off as if she had some kind of attitude towards us, ghetto as can be. Very much unpleasant visit! I hope managers get the employees under control i worked for little Caesars myself a couple years back&id never give anyone that kind of customer service no matter what kind of day...

The restaurant was clean, and the food was good. The service was HORRIBLE! A heavy-set female didn’t acknowledge customers. The bell on the door kept notifying her that more customers were coming in. I noticed a male coming in from the back. After 5- 7 minutes without acknowledgment, I said something. Both employees stated they were the only two workers.

Most jobs are short-staffed, but please be professional. Acknowledge the customers coming into your establishment! The male employee stated he couldn't log in to his register to take payments. My order was already prepared and sitting under the heat. If the registers were working, I would never use my card to pay at this location. I decided to pay cash.

Corporate needs to come to this location and train staff. Staff need to learn to handle situations like this instead of ignoring customers. DoorDash was behind me waiting. If your order was late, don’t blame DoorDash.

Note: The female employee didn't wear a hair net or hat. She was wearing inappropriate attire for the workplace. The employees often use their phones and bluetooth in front...
