Fruitealicious Bubble Tea & Smoothies — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Writing this in hopes that it can lead to improvements because this location is struggling.

I have been a long time customer but I'm not sure how many chances I will keep giving.

The main issue is total inconsistency in the drinks. It's never quite right, the main problems are way too little flavoring in the milk tea so that it just tastes like plain tea, and lack of sweetener. I'm not a person who needs overly sweet drinks but the last FOUR trips here I've gotten drinks that tasted like they totally forgot to sweeten at all.

Another time I ordered almond and got coconut instead.

It is ALWAYS something at this location, in fact I can hardly remember the last time they actually got a whole order correct. This problem doesn't happen in Carrollton.

I've noticed that it's never ever the same people working here, even if I come once a week. It's like no one stays long enough to get good at making the drinks.

Which brings me to my last point which is the smell. My God the SMELL. It has smelled like sewage in here for MONTHS. It's no wonder the employees won't stay, I wouldn't either. I'm sure it's something to do with the building and the prep area is very clean but it's just so disgusting to smell this in a place where food is prepped!

Please Fruitealicious, I'm begging you. Fix it! I can't really make it out to Carrollton so I'm praying you make...

ATTENTION ALL BOBA FANS 🧋THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. Seriously I absolutely loved this place. They have so many options to choose from and so many flavors to pick. I was standing there for like 10 minutes confused asl. I was so overwhelmed. I settled on the Spotted Cow drink and holy cow (pun intended) was it the absolute BOMB 💣 .
