First of all to people looking for some good pizzas don't mind the second idiot below me because 1. Why would you call in a pizza 30 min ahead that's the worst exaggeration I have heard. Second you only have to wait 5 more mins even if they didn't drop it when you asked for it unless they messed up on it. 3 as a businessman would you really want to drop a unique pizza ahead of time a pizza cost the owner money, so to be safe then sorry they would rather you be there to drop. Another person said little Caesars charge more for the pizza. Wow 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Thanks for that lie customers come in daily saying wow this is the least I have ever paid for this amount of pizza. Back to the person below me, 30 min pizza guy you have our number would it be a struggle to call back and ask if we dropped your pizza because you are on your way that's a great idea or just come in like a normal person and ask for hot and ready and get from the ones they say they have. This one goes for the new comers and google haters on here it's called hot and ready because when it comes out it is hot and ready. That's a slogan not a 10 commandment. Last but not least if you come in around 6-7 rush hour you can not expect to be given your pizza at that moment too many people and too many pizzas not saying don't come but just saying call in use my advice call twice to make sure. These are tips and advice to having a very...
Read moreWent today and was behind one other customer. After they left, the staff both walked away, leaving me standing there. The older woman came back after a minute and greeted me with “What do you want??” (To buy pizza…?) She acted like my very presence was grating on her last nerve. I told her I was picking up three cheese pizzas I had preordered. She got them and threw them in the pizza portal thing (also what the heck is that? Why can’t they just hand it to you like any other pizza place?) I politely asked if I could get them cut in 16 slices since I wasn’t able to put a request online when I ordered. She said “they’re already cut and in the pizza portal” and walked away. I said “I know that, but I wasn’t able to ask beforehand.” She responded with “you’re gonna have to wait” and walked away. Remember…I’m the only customer there. She then started making pizzas in the back and ignoring me! After a minute or two she called out to the younger guy working with her “Can you go help that woman?” He was polite and got the pizza out to cut it…that’s when I saw all three were pepperoni, not cheese. When I mentioned it, she flew off the handle at him saying “I grabbed those because YOU said they were cheese!!” He went and made it right…but wow… won’t be going back because she’s a piece of work. Clearly shouldn’t be in any role that’s customer-facing (or works with others, if we’re...
Read moreI went to this location today and was helped by Lorelei who was very sweet. There were no cheese pizzas hot and ready which I fully understand. She asked back to the people who were making the pizzas- one was a manager!- who then gave her attitude about the fact that there weren’t any cheese pizzas. The manager asked accusingly to this girl “Why do we keep running out of stuff?”. This disturbed me. If you are a manager you should not blame the employees for being out of anything! Take responsibility and let her know when she can expect the pizza to be ready! It’s not that difficult and it is not something that customers should be able to see and hear, and it shouldn’t happen at all. Take care of your employees and the customers will notice and will want to return. After this the manager walked up to the counter to help another customer and mentioned how she was ready to go home and she couldn’t wait to leave. Again fully unprofessional and should not be the attitude of a person who is hard working and cares about keeping a job. I understand having a long day but this is not a topic of conversation appropriate to have with customers- it makes people uncomfortable. My 4 stars are only for the employee that actually helped me who was just trying to do her job to help the customers without complaint...
