absolutely the worst experiences I have ever had with a business. about 2 months ago I ordered from them....after about 2 hours of my pizza not showing up I called them and asked for the status of it. I was told by the manager that she found it still sitting at the store and looked like it was pretty old, so she would have a fresh one made for me and send it out. she also said she would refund part of my order. About 10 mins. later my order shows up...not the new fresh one, but the one that had been sitting there for two hours and was cold. This time my husband calls and asks to speak to the manager Alex. The girl who answered the phone claims to be "Alex", but yet does not remember talking to me 5 mins before, so when she's obviously confused by the situation she says "hold on, let me ask my manager" and yells through the store where we could hear her "hey Alex, could you come here?" so at this point we are livid, but just want our pizza since it's been almost 3 hours since we ordered. We finally get it another hour later. Now I said I wouldn't order from here again, but apparently instead of my refund last time they just gave me a credit to use, so I ordered again today. This time, my pizza showed up on time but was completely wrong. The receipt was exactly what I ordered, but the pizza was not. So once again my husband calls to say "hey this is the wrong pizza, can we get the one we ordered and you can take this one back or whatever you need to do" the manager says "of course, the new one will be right out in just a few minutes" an hour later, still don't have a pizza and call again. Manager says "oh, they never brought it to you? I'm going to make it right now." I have never in my life written a bad review, but I will absolutely never...
Read moreThey don't care about the customer here! Super rude spoke to a Shelby store 034501. After a very long day I just wanted something simple and ordered a pizza on the Pizza Hut 🍕 App.
Their app offers you curbside and let's you fill in all the detail but when you get to the store they tell you they aren't doing curbside even though their app states they are. You pre-pay for your pizza. I arrive at the store and the app tells me press the button that says I'm here and directs you to call the store. I spoke to a Shelby who informs me they will not do curbside and arent responsible for the app. Then refused to bring the pizza 🍕 to the car even though I had no idea they had stopped curbside. How is this the customers fault?? I have a mom with stage 4 lung cancer and on hospice and I can not catch Covid or anything therefore I have to be extra careful . Reason curbside was so very important for me. If I had know they aren't doing curbside I would have just not ordered from this store and no problem. The very least this employee could have done is explain what happened and for this time bring it out and I would have understood going forward. Instead she choose to treat me so bad I will never order from here again!
I even asked for the owners contact info to make a formal complaint because this is how upset I was and Shelby gave me wrong information so I had to make my complaint on here.
I have been ordering here for the past 11 years with no issues. After being treated this way, I refuse to give my hard earned money to this Pizza Hut, thanks Shelby for being so rude, insensitive and making this world a worse place to live in!

Read moreAfter entering the store I had to wait 4 to 5 mins before anyone would acknowledge me, no one else else was in line or in the store. I looked directly at the cook and some other employees but not one wanted to acknowledge that I was patiently waiting. After 5 minutes, a gentlemen in a black uniform that was working on the computer, gets up and turns around and asked if I was here for a pick up. I responded that I was and then advised me that someone will be with you. The gentlemen in the black uniform then picks up the clipboard to check something, then proceeds to bring out 3 bags of frozen chicken wings and drop 1 into the fryer and walks off. At this time, the other gentlemen that was feeding the pizzas through the oven and running to the other side to cut and box the pizzas, finally acknowledged me. As he was attempting to put the pizzas in the warm, I advised that order is the one that I am here to pick up. I purchased 1 16oz Dr. Pepper and my 7 pizzas and left. Understanding that staffing shortage could have been a real possibility, or there were a bunch of orders that I was not aware of but not even acknowledge me or explain that, "someone will be with you" is completely rude and unprofessional. The 3 other employees that were walking around handling some other tasks don't bother to say anything when I did make eye contact with them. After this experience, I doubt that I would recommend this location or Pizza Hut as a franchise as a good place to order pizza.
