I just had a horrible experience with this establishment. I purchased a combo pizza for my family at approximately 930 tonight. After getting home and issuing out slices of it and sitting down to eat, I discovered that parts of the pizza was cold and some of the dough was uncooked. Every single time I have ordered from Mama's this has happened (I've only ordered some this place maybe 3 times and this is why). So I call and speak with a guy who states that he wanted the old pizza back and that he would remake my pizza. I stated ok..not thinking about me having putting it on plates and gave some to my kids. So I call back and a girl answers the phone and ask me to hold. While on hold I was talking and using profanity waiting to speak to someone. I then noticed that the call had ended. I call back and speak with the gentleman that I originally talk to and explain that we got disconnected. He stated when he got on the phone he heard cussing (mind u I was not cussing at him) and hung up. So I explained to him that the pieces had been passed out and it was about three pieces left in the box. He basically called me a liar and stated that their ovens were 600 degrees and there was no way they were cold. Basically saying I just wanted a free pizza which was retarded because I had JUST left buying one. Anyway, after trying to explain to him that this happened before. He told me there was NO WAY that it could happen. I asked for his name. He said that his name was COLTON and told me that I could call the corporate office if I wanted to because he was the GM. This man was so rude to me that I finally stopped holding my tongue and let him have it. I honestly have had this cold pizza in the middle issue every single time that I have ordered from here. Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced there. Save your money because I will NOT be spending one...
Read moreTo The Owner's of Mamas Pizza, you have a manager there at Berry street, Standing 6"2" Dark Hair, Mustache . I ask the man a simple question. His response in a word .....RUDE!!!! I was not disrespectful in asking a question. And wanted simply to know what had changed. He approached me as if I was annoying him and he couldn't be bothered to take the time to talk to a paying customer. I would hasten to say there was a racist tone to the conversation. And when I called him on being disrespectful. He walking away and began Cursing me loudly in the kitchen. This is NOT Professional in any form or fashion. So to the Owners of Mama's this behavior should NOT be tolerated toward paying customers. As he informed me in a Gruff and again very Rude manner. He has been doing this for 25 years. Well I have frequented this establishment since the 90's ,and have never had a reason to say anything but positive things about Moma's. But your mngr at the Berry Street location is Arrogant, Rude, and a Racist individual. I would hope you would not want this reputation for your business. The Cursing was just the behavior of an unintelligent and Non professional person. Thank...
Read moreI hate seeing a place that has been around for so long and has been a wonderful place to grab a delicious pizza become what it has become.
For starters, the place was probably one of the dirtiest restaurants I've ever been into, my family and I couldn't even sit a booth together because the two young ladies behind the counter were too busy sitting and playing around on Snapchat to go and clean. Once the manager did finally notice and say something they laughed and then at least walked around and checked their snaps.
The pizza was not nearly what Mama's used to produce and the amount of time it took was over 30 minutes. The salads we ordered were clearly and afterthought as they threw a bunch of lettuce on a plate with a crappy tomato.
The manager at least did come out to check on us, but he clearly could not see what everyone that was there waiting was complaining about and he seemed to not have any control of the young ladies taking orders (while texting) and not...
