These little kids they keep putting on the phone have no home training at all , the guy I was talking to over the phone sounded like he was high as hell his voice was draggy, now this was the first call , so on the first call I ask him are you ok he was like no I'm not feeling good I'm like ok well can I speak to someone who's a little bit more professional and that's feeling good, he said no you can't and hung up , I called back the second time same guy anwsered the phone and was pretending like he was someone else well actually he was pretending like he was the manager, tried to change his voice and everything, this is the second call I said hi is this the manager he said yes it is , I'm like ok I would kiklike mskm a complaint on one of your team makes because he just hung up in my face because I ask for someone more professional, then he started getting loud he was like actually you were being rude I set him down so he can take a break lol , I'm talking to him real calm lol I said what is your name because I already knew it was the same guy on the phone pretending he was the manager so he wouldn't get in trouble so I asked him again what's your name? Read moreAbsolutely horrible, driver lied and stated that he called three times and did not have an apartment number listed so he “supposedly” left. Dominik answered at the store and stated that there’s an address listed and offered a credit for next time and a refund (since I never received my order). Dominik was covering for the driver because he stated that there wasn’t an apartment number listed before on file, then he switched his story. Then he stated that he did not even know who was the driver, the blasphemy! So you spoke to the driver, but do not know his name? All the while you can hear someone in the background laughing.
Then Dominik gave me an ultimatum saying that I either get a refund OR a credit. I expressed that he did not say that and due to the companies negligence and poor customer service that I will not be able to feed my family. Dominik stated that he does not have a family and does not understand then disconnected the call. What a horrific experience! If you are reading this comment then save your money and your time! They could care less about their customers, faulting me even though they didn’t have ANY intentions on delivering my food! The driver is probably somewhere eating my family’s dinner!

Read moreVery disappointed in my experience this evening!! I called in a carryout order for a small meatlovers and 6 Bone In buffalo wings! I was told the order was would be ready in 15 minutes, I arrived in 20. Upon arrival I paid for my order and was handed 2 boxes! I checked my order once I got to the car and discovered I was given cheesy bread, not pizza! I went back in and there was a gentleman whom appeared to be maybe a shift manager! Without apology he explained that my order may have been given out by mistake and told me it would only take 6 minutes to make!! He also said he would put my wings back under the heater ...instead of offering to remake them so that I would have a fresh pizza and wings!!! 11 minutes later, not 6, the pizza was ready! To my surprise once I arrived home, my order was still wrong!! I was given a box of boneless wings(5) Not the Bone in which I originally ordered! Because I don't live anywhere near that particular location and based off of the level of service I experienced while in store, I didn't even bother calling!! Very disappointing, this location used to be great in both competency and customer service! They definitely should be coached and aligned on higher standards and delivering better...
