I wish I could leave a zero.
I came here yesterday and did curbside pick up as I usually do at McDonald's. I am 5 months pregnant and was craving this so bad. I usually go to the other location because of this issue, however it was closer to me, and I figured I would give this location another chance. I typically wait about 5- 20 mins if heavily busy.
I ordered a simple 10 piece chicken nugget meal with a Dr.pepper. I checked in at curbside at 5:36:44, pm. At the moment there was only one other car parked. The line for drive through wasn't busy at all. A matter of fact I started to count how many cars went through the line waiting for my food... 40 cars.. it was now 6:06. After waiting 40 mins, I knew there was an issue. It was now 6:17...
My man pulled up to the window (only one car in the drive through) and they're lucky I'm pregnant.. I was so heated.. We asked, "we put in an order 40 mins ago? Is there something wrong?" The guy said "oh I dont know. I'm only in charge of the register. ".. so after he was unhelpful, we pulled up to the other window. 3 people were standing there. The lady checked and said, "They're still working on your order?" That's when my man was frustrated. We asked, " ok, so we have been waiting over 40 mins over there, and you're telling me out of the 40 plus cars that came through your line? Not one single car ordered 10 nuggets? I mean, this is ridiculous?" They just responded with "you're not the only one, " and we asked for the manager, and some girl came out and didn't even know how to talk.. she can't even apologize. She then walked away as we were talking. We stayed there .. everyone ignored us as we asked them for someone to talk to. One guy literally with no emotion repeated what she said, then walked away... then we asked, "Who is in charge of this specific franchise.. like this exact location, is there a number we can call? Because no one is apologizing, and we're paying more for our food, ". He said "I'm not allowed to give you that information ". We also said,"Since your drive thru lane is so fast. If we just came here, then there is no wait?" He said yes. "you're not the only ones waiting a hour or so" we then told him, "ok, so if I were to place a curbside order, drive to sonic, order there, eat my food, come back, ya'll are telling me that my order still wouldn't be worked on? For a TEN PIECE NUGGET meal?!?!" He said "yes" Like be so foreal..
On top of that. After the 30 min mark I got the email saying "enjoy your meal!" Like they closed it out, that's why we pulled up to the window. Probably to say they're making the times. While you have people standing there not working.
He said "have a good day, and walked away." No one once apologized. And since we were at the front window they were forced to get our order.. we weren't offered a free anything next time, a "i apologize", or even a discount. No number to call. and I won't be surprised if they spit in my food.. I'm pregnant and we ended up going to sonic.
No one there took accountability, no one cared about curbside.. the fact that we waited 40 mins and saw so many cars go through drive through and it wasn't even busy. We backed up and pulled up to the window with no issue. Three people standing there.. literally they don't care. This place needs to re evaluate their employees..
I wish this location would shut down..
I will always drive past this location to go to the other where the max on a busy day I will wait 20 mins.

Read moreI have to agree with the previous comments about this location.The rudeness and incompetence at this location is unbelievable!! The management needs to be replaced or retrained completely at the very least. The employees reflect the attitude & training of the management. If they don't care about the business it's employees certainly won't care either! The last time I visited this location it had dozens of flies everywhere! It stands to reason that flies would be on the food as a result of this swarm. I've never seen this at any other location. The owners really need to get involved if the care anything about this business.This location has got to be losing money as a result. If its not, Im certain the potential to be a much more successful business is attainable. This location should be doing a massive amount of business! They take way longer than they should to complete an order and it's usually wrong when you do get it. If I owned this location I'd hire new management as well as replace the current employees. Id occasionally send in secret shoppers to ensure the level.of professionalism, cleanliness and customer service. More importantly, Id find out why there are so many flies in the restaurant! I'd be taking immediate measures to get rid of them as well as develope a plan to prevent any further infestations..Since this doesn't happen at other McDonald's locations I'm pretty sure the owners of this one could simply contact other Mcdonalds owners for advice and...
Read moreI had placed an order for 2X40 count nuggets and other burgers and sandwiches via the app.
When we got there to pick it up I was asked to pull forward to wait on the order, makes sense given the 80 nuggets. When the guy brought the order out I had asked to confirm that bother order of 40 we're in the bag, he confirmed. We double checked the other items were in fact all there. Keep in mind I had already paid extra in the app for the extra sauce requested.
Once we got back home it was clear that we were in fact missing an entire 40pc and related sauce When returning to the store they fought about what we got vs what we ordered the manager agreed to give us the other 40pc however none of the sauces. I asked if I could have the sauces that I have already paid for and pointed out that I had not received the sauce packets for this portion of the order I was informed that I would have to pay extra for them.
The manager the put two packets that had very clearly been cut open while they opened the box of sauce packets in to our bag, covering everything in the bag in this old gross and half dried out BBQ syrup stuff that had essentially ruined the food.
I'm normally not one to cause a fuss or give anyone in the food industry a hard time, family (and I in the past) has work in the food industry for many years, this was probably one of the worst McDonald's...
