One of the worst Nepali Restaurant in the whole states. Very poor management, bad food and probably one of the worst customer service. We wanted to order a few things and right after the first food we said to the server, she immediately said that she needs to check with the CHEF to see if its availiable and went straight to the kitchen. While we were waiting for the first server to get back, another server came in ask if we are ready to order. We told her politely that the other server is coming back from the kitchen to see if the food is availiable or not. After checking upon, the server comes in and starts taking the orders and after mentioning 4 or 5 foods, she says & I quote,” Oh, it is too much, let me get a note pad and a pen. We had order a couple of MUTTON Namaste Special Thali, we were served with Chicken. To the chef, you barely have 2 tables occupied in the restaurant and you mess up an order? 🤷🏻‍♂️ After we send out the food, it took another 10-15 minutes to arrive. I sent out the whole thing back to bring it as new as the food might get cold but my friend said he would just wait for the meat to be replaced. By the time the meat and my set of food arrived, his other items at the plate was already cold so he asked the server to bring the whole thing again. Now the audacity of the server to bring that thing back again at the table like you were serving a kid to hunch down the food or nothing else, that was a very bad thing. One of the very bad taste and unpleasing(looks wise). That RAJMA looks like the black beans from TACO BELL, the green mustard looks like it was there for atleast 2-3 days. 18.99$ worth of Thali and theres barely 5 pieces of meat which is smaller than a dice. Imagine you are feeding your children so you make the meat size small so that the child won’t choke on it. Same goes for the MUTTON SEKUWA Set.

P.S. That is not how you run a business. The servers were totally inexperience in handling the situation, the chef might be having issues with something else but if you are professional enough, you won’t be taking that out on the food. You should come to work only when you are able to. We pay money for good food and services and we did not get either of them from this place. If only I could give them a...

I’ve lived in the area for the past 2 years and always see this place, but have never stopped, until today. When I say this is the BEST decision I’ve made all week, I truly mean it.

We came in for dinner and were a little unsure on what to order. Our waitress Bigya, helped us navigate through some delicious choices.

When we ordered our food we got a few papad with the mint yoghurt dip which was delightful and very light. We could not stop eating them and asked for more while we waited on our food.

We started with the Piru Aalu which are the perfect amount of spicy. I recommend to save a piece of the papad to eat with the Piru aalu.

We ordered the Butter Chicken and Lamb Vindaloo. The chicken was cooked just right with the rifgt amount of spice. (We ordered it mild) and the lamb was tender and spicy. The sauces for both of these curries were amazing and flavorful.

The thing about these spices is that they will warm you and not so much a burning type of spice. Please, unless you are familiar with the level of spice, I would recommend to start as they are prepared and add spice if they are still not spicy enough for you.

We also ordered the Bullet Naan which has a nice spice to it. It was hard to not order more!

To help with the spice while we ate and talked over dinner Bigya recommended the Mango Lassi, which is a yoghurt based drink that helps calm the spice. It was perfectly sweet and complimented the food well.

I don’t know how I’ve never been here before today. This is definitely a place we will be back to very soon.

Thank you for all your recommendations and attention...

Food- My wife and I have very different tastes and are selective when it comes to Indian cuisine, however we both enjoyed the food here. High marks given for texture, taste, and spice level.

Been vegetarian for approximately 16yrs so we were disappointed when my wife took her first bite and realized that she'd been served LAMB instead of the vegetarian dish that we ordered. (with all of the meat substitutes and spice combinations out these days it took her a moment to realize it)

I'm thankful that my wife tasted the dish first because I would've had a panic attack if I'd half-swallowed flesh when I ordered a meat-free dish. :(

Service- When our server was informed that our order wasn't correct, she immediately withdrew it and had the kitchen prepare the correct dish. Upon her return she apologized and brought my wife 2 sweet almond-tasting balls in syrup as an apology. *Her apology was sincere and freely given, and that was much appreciated. **We weren't angry for the mix up, just disappointed, as it was our 1st visit and 1st impression. (The server mentioned that she was sick and couldn't take the day off so she was out of sorts when she placed the order to the kitchen)

Atmosphere- clean, bright, open, and positive energy felt throughout. The TV and music playing was enjoyable and passed the time quickly.

*Recommended for meet-ups with friends, groups, and date nights as the environment is conducive for conversation. Overall we decided to come back at a later date and give them another chance. (Will update my...

After DJing for a traditional Indian wedding, I realized I had fallen in love with Indian food! I wanted to find a place close to home to take my wife so she could experience the amazing flavors I had discovered. After a medical appointment, we found Namaste Grill and, seeing thousands of positive reviews, decided to give it a try. From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the vibe and atmosphere — beautiful lighting, great music, and a cozy setting. Our server was incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain the dishes and helping my wife select something perfect for her palate. She is very sensitive to spice, so she ordered her dish with zero heat. We chose Butter Chicken and Lamb Korma. The food arrived in beautiful dishes and looked like a feast. The naan was so filling that we barely got through three to five bites of our curries before feeling full. The curries were flavorful and exactly what I hoped my wife would get to experience. The mango lassi was to die for! The staff were friendly and personable, genuinely taking the time to get to know us. I even ordered Tikka Masala and Butter Chicken to share with my family, who have never tried Nepali/Indian food, hoping to expand their flavor palette. I’m confident they will love it as much as we did. We’re looking forward to coming back as a family one day. Thank you to Priyasha, Shraddha, Aakriti making us feel so at home! This was our first meal in Fort Worth after spending three years in Dallas.

I recently visited Namaste Grill and Bar, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. I tried their veg momo, French fries, veg thukpa, and the veg Namaste thali, and everything was simply outstanding! The veg momo were perfectly steamed, with a flavorful filling and a delicious dipping sauce that complemented them beautifully. The French fries were crispy and well-seasoned, a simple but satisfying side dish. The veg thukpa was a real highlight for me – a hearty, comforting soup packed with fresh vegetables and just the right balance of spices. It was warm and comforting, perfect for anyone looking for a wholesome meal. Finally, the veg Namaste thali was a complete feast in itself. It offered a variety of traditional dishes, all bursting with authentic flavors and prepared with care. Each element on the plate was fresh and flavorful, making it a wonderful choice for anyone wanting to try a bit of everything. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Overall, Namaste Grill and Bar is a must-visit if you’re craving delicious vegetarian Himalayan cuisine. I can’t wait to go back!
