A Nail — Local services in Fort Worth

I’ve been going to this salon for awhile now and I’ve never had such a problem until today. I had set an appointment up for me and a friend for a pedicure and full set of dip and we weren’t helped until 30 mins after our appointment time (this isn’t the first time this has happened.) While they started my pedicure my friend continued to wait In the chair next to me for another 30 mins until she was helped. The lady doing my pedicure was too rough even after I had asked her to be more gentle and ended up giving me a bad cut on one of my toes. In the end I’m not upset with the work they did on my nails, they’ve always done a good job with making them nice. But what really upsets me is I was at the Salon for over 2 and a half hours while my friend didn’t leave after 3 hours!! I understand Friday’s are busy but why would I bother setting up an appointment if no one is going to be ready for us?? I even noticed a client that left before us when she was a walk in that came AFTER OUR APPOINTMENT. I’ve loved this salon but after today I probably will not come back again! I have really enjoyed coming here but since I can’t afford to tip the service is terrible. It’s bad enough I pay over 100.00 dollars every time I come in here but to expect a tip for bad service is not good customer service. I went in today and my manicure is so ugly, my nail polish felt dry but the lady never checked it, so I left and now their all mushed. The lady was in a rush getting my toes and nails done, The nail polish was really really old and there was hardly anything in the bottle but the tech kept using it. I just moved to Summerfields this is my first pedicure in the area. I read the reviews and decided to try this place out since it's literally 3 mins from my new house. When I walked in I was greeted immediately and seated in my pedicure chair, I was offered a beverage also! The menu is perfect for me since they have a basic pedicure for just $20 and a design is only $5 more. If you want to upgrade to the pedicure with the hot towels it's only $5 more.
