Tacusa Tacos N Pupusas — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I've been coming here for years and have spent hundreds at this location but my last visit will probably be it for me. I asked if everything was there in my to go order and was told by the tall Latina with the thick glasses that it was. I dove into the rush hour traffic to get home with it hot. Ten minutes and half way back I get the call that she had forgotten two orders of elotes. I drove the ten minutes back thinking oh great now my food will be cold. Who wants to waste money on cold food? Anyway, I told the lady that I didn't appreciate the time and gas wasted and suggested another free elotes would make up for it. She acted like she agreed and walked in. I waited in the car for 10 minutes before heading in and asking where the elotes were. Then she just looked at me as if she had not understood at all. I handed her the now completely room temp food and asked her to please heat it up. She started to say that can she have my two orders of elotes back? I was like "What? Just heat up my order as that's practically the least you can do." She then proceeded to do that with a sour face as if it was a huge favor. Appalling customer service and a terrible attitude to go with your mistake. Absolutely no urge to make up for it at all. Talk about not giving a hoot for...

To come here to be put last behind so many people that placed their order after us all because of nationality is ridiculous truly like why then to say oh it takes 10 minutes to make one simple item when it was well over 10 minutes before the customers came in after us to place their orders to get a attitude with a 9yr old for asking for condiment cups & lids is crazy l will not spend my money with a establishment who base their service on nationality verses based on first come first serve because EVERYONE. Is spending their hard earned money this isn't a good feeling not at all certain races were singled out / made to wait extremely long so that they could serve their nationality this makes it uncomfortable to dine in or even come to purchase to go. This has happened more than once but I'm tired of it & finally speaking up Enough Is Enough. Another rude & disrespectful thing 😒 is when they speak in English to you then will start speaking in Spanish right in your face assuming you can't understand nor speak Spanish to sit & hear them speak bad on you & other customers when we are why you all even...

It makes me so sad to do this... but I'm changing my previous 5 Star Review to 1 Star. This place USED to be my favorite restaurant, authentic, delicious home cooked food. But in the last 2-3 months they have really gone downhill. The staff's attitude has worsened a well.

Tonight's order was the final straw. The staff was making fun of me in Spanish because of what I ordered. My to go box was a grease pit (right side of my pic). I could cook another meal with the grease left from 2 tacos. The beans were just thrown in with my rice, which was undercooked, and covered the bottom of my tacos. It's like the cook closed his eyes and just threw the food in my plate. The salsa was thin and runny (top left in the pic). The rice was under cooked. My husband's Menudo was all broth and hominy. He only found two to three small pieces of meat in the entire bowl. He gave up and threw it away.

I used to recommend this restaurant to everybody and it's sad to see them go down hill like this. It makes wonder if they have a new owner or a new cook. But I won't be going...
