MochiOh - Beyond donuts — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I recently had the misfortune of visiting this place, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a food establishment. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the employees here couldn't care less about their job or the customers.

First, let's talk about the staff. Lazy doesn't even begin to describe their work ethic. They moved at a snail's pace, making me wait an absurd amount of time for a simple order.The employees seemed more interested in looking busy rather than actually doing any work. I saw one employee leaning against the counter, staring off into space, completely oblivious to the growing line of customers.

When I finally received my order, it had been almost 20 minutes, in a line of 2 with a staff of 4. It's almost as if the employees took pride in delivering the slowest possible service. Donuts are just average. They are thin, light, and taste no better than any other establishment. The overall atmosphere of the place was just depressing. No communication among team members, customers, or even their own internal dialogue.

If you're looking for a place where the employees don't care, and you’re being ignored while waiting an eternity for average donuts, then this is the place for you. I was excited that a mochi donut and Korean corn dog place was so close to me but I fortunately my first visit was not a good experience.

I went early in the day so there wasn't a lot of people there but still waited 20 minutes to get my complete order of a strawberry matcha boba, one donut and a corn dog.

I got the boba first and it tasted like straight up milk. Couldn't taste the matcha. Just strawberry sauce and milk. Then after 5 more minutes my donut was not given to me. When I asked the girl about it. She says "Oh we're out of that flavor." Well I ordered on the computer 12 minutes ago and no one bothered to tell me that the flavor was out of stock? They made my drink and were making my corn dog but at no point did common sense occur to tell the customer that the donut they're waiting on is out of stock so they can choose a different flavor? The girl I spoke to was nice about it and gave me a free donut which she didn't have to do so that was nice. But I was a bit disappointed about that type of service.

I do not know why this is even a place with more than 2 stars. False advertisement on drink. Paid almost 7 bucks avocado stormy and it taste like banana milk slush. The color wasn't even right. It was Yellow!!... The girl even told me it has an avocado taste. If you don't know then don't advertise it. I also had to wait to get service when there were 2 girls in back. The one with the robe looking thing on didn't even greet me until I ask what was avocado stormy like.
