My husband and I stopped by to have lunch while in the area. The food here does not disappoint. The moment I walked in, I could tell we were going to have a great meal because you could smell the delicious aromas immediately. We ordered a mango lassi, samosa chat, garlic naan, butter chicken, chicken korma. It was all perfection. The mango lassi is less yogurt forward than others we’ve had, in the best way. It also had a hint of seasoning, which really set the bar high. The samosa chaat was fantastic and is enough for 2-4 people to share. Butter chicken is not my usual go to (I steer to vindaloo) but I’ve had lots of different butter chicken dishes at family-owned restaurants and hands down, this is the best butter chicken I’ve ever had. My husband stole bites of mine and said the same. He really enjoyed the korma and I did as well (I had to steal a bit of his too!). The naan was perfectly garlicky and I will order two next time, so I have more to take home. You can tell that the chef put their love into everything they made. In addition to the food being delicious, it was fresh, and hot. The staff is welcoming and incredibly kind. We look forward to returning soon!

Good south asian place for a quick grocery run or for hot food craving. Food quality from the restaurant is average - i had the halal chicken momo, chicken biriyani & fried rice, chowmein. Momo was great, i was told it’s their best selling item. Biriyani was well seasoned and good portioned. However the chowmein & fried rice in the platter had extremely dry & way overcooked bits of chicken making it not a pleasant bites rather hard to digest. Also chowmein had way overcooked black chanas in it. Good customer service from the front desk, service from the kitchen counter can use a little more effort. When I asked the server in the kitchen he told almost everything is unavailable since the cook was out that day. I asked if there was a lunch special going on, he said no. Later on front desk person came and said they had $9.99 or something lunch box which then i ordered. Customer service & freshness of food in hot food section needs to get better. The grocery section has decent amount of collection since it is a decent size store.

Spice & Slice is such a great find; if you’re into groceries, fresh halal meat and love Nepalese food and Indian Food! The service was top-notch – all staffs were so friendly and made us feel right at home. Even though the place was packed on the first day, we managed to grab a table without a reservation, they have good sitting area if u want dining which was awesome. The menu is amazing for healthy eaters and for those who wants some fusions. There are so many options for vegans (on your recommendation), vegetarians, and anyone avoiding gluten. Plus, the portions are super generous, and the prices won’t hurt your wallet – such good value for what you get! The chicken tandoori, Goat curry, Chicken Tikka Masala and Momo were mouth watering. They have Live kitchen and you can see how your foods are being prepared and I absolutely loved it. The groceries price were also reasonable comparing to other Indian stores. The parking space was also available. I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend!

I recently visited this restaurant, and while I wasn’t personally satisfied with the food, I still want to support our Nepalese community and am giving a 5-star rating. I’m sharing my experience in the hope that it helps the management improve.

Order: Chicken Momo, Kabab, and Spicy Chicken Fried Rice.

Spice Level: While placing my order, I was not asked about my preferred spice level. I had to repeat it multiple times to ensure it was understood.

Wait Time: Despite pre-ordering, my food was not ready for quite a while, though I understand delays can happen in new restaurants.

Cleanliness: The restaurant was impressively clean and well-maintained.

Staff & Service: The staff was extremely friendly and approachable. They recommended frozen momos and March deals, and they patiently answered all our questions.

Food Quality: Unfortunately, I could only eat the momo. The fried rice and kabab were disappointing, and we ultimately had to throw them away. If management is interested, I have pictures and would encourage a review of the food and target customer.

With over 10 years of experience in the restaurant industry, I genuinely want to see you succeed. I hope you take this feedback into consideration, and I’ll be returning in about a month to give it another try. Wishing you all the best!

Despite my personal experience, I would encourage everyone to give a try once. March Deals are awesome : $7.99 Momo and Tikka masala

Stopped in for some lunch and I’m really glad I did! This is a market with a restaurant in the back! I was greeted straight away walking in and was asked if I needed help with anything. Headed to the back and placed my order then browsed the market while waiting for my food. Both the market and restaurant area were clean and all the employees were gracious and helpful. Loved looking at all the grocery items and bought a few things. The price of the food at the restaurant was great considering the quality and quantity of food. It was fresh and delicious. Probably the best garlic naan I’ve ever had. Thin, garlicky and charred perfectly. The Samosa Chaat was so full of flavor and textures with the perfect kick of spice. The only thing that could have made it better is if it was sprinkled with some pomegranate seeds for a brightness but that’s just a personal preference. A couple of other gentlemen came in after me and their orders looked delicious too! Can’t wait to come back and try different dishes! I noticed they had lunch specials also. Truly a great little neighborhood gem and I hope they prosper! Excellent food and truly kind and helpful employees. They were eager to explain and describe the dishes and even brought over some fresh lychee to try because one of the gentleman didn’t know what a lychee fruit was. I’ll certainly be back and explore...
