We been here many times without any issue but this last few times are very different to say the least! So my one child like their basil flat noodle but he only want his plane ( with no vegetables or meat) with the sauce only! We had ordered this before and they charged us $3.95 in the past. This time the waitress told us that they might not be able to make it our way at first, then she came back and told us that she just checked with management and it’s ok. So we put in our order; Then she came back and told us that the cook override the order but will do it for $6.00. The whole point here is...Why said ok at first then no after?? Why did they do it 3 times before and then not this time? They are not consistent in their price, making it up as they go. Prices change according to the mood I guess. Not to mention while we were there, the wait staff was cussing up the storm at each other when my 4 kids were there( aging 13,11,10 and 7). I was embarrassed when my 7 years old brought to my attention.I am not sure if this place has changed ownership or management but this place is going down in quality. Oh not to mention my Mocha Madness drunk is 1/2 full . I do not recommend this place to anyone and probably will bring my business else where. Taste of Asia across the street is not bad and their food quality and price is consistent just so you guys know.

Saturday 3pm, wasn't very busy. Sat immediately. Table top was a little sticky. -1. They're not trying to win any awards for atmosphere. The restrooms needs some attention. Prices are a little more than I would expect for the fare. Without looking at the drinks I ordered a lemonade. Traditionally I would've received a freshly made drink. Instead I was handed a concentrated mix from a soda tap 😩 -1. I wanted Seafood Pho but noticed there were no fish balls in it. 🤔 Ordered the Lemon grass chili chicken and grilled pork spring rolls. Meat portion of the entree was a bit light and a little heavy on the onions. I like that the entree is served with a small salad. However, had I not ordered the appetizer I might have left wanting more. Food tastes good. It was served promptly and brought to the table very hot. +1. I would eat here again but it may not be my first choice. Good job.

First time trying this place. Never had Vietnamese food before, but have always wanted to try it. So glad we went here! Our waiter was very nice, and very helpful with questions. Started out with California Spring Rolls. Just like a California Sushi Roll, just in rice paper. Very simple and flavorful. The lemon soy dipping sauce was a perfect compliment to the rolls. I had the Shaken Beef, and got fried rice instead of steamed for a small up charge. Easily the best fried rice I've ever had. The beef was amazing. Loved the sauce and onions. My wife got the Pho, which seems to be the most popular thing. Loved the broth. Such a unique flavor. Perfect for a cold day. Can't wait to go back and try other dishes!

Disorganized with poor-quality food. My brother and I went in for a light supper -- boba tea and egg rolls. It took several minutes before someone showed up to take our order, and then it turned out she was from the sushi counter and could only take take-out orders. She kindly delivered our order to our waiter, who we didn't see until several more minutes later, when he finally brought out water. The boba tea didn't materialize at that point, so next time we saw him -- several more minutes again -- we asked about it, and he went to check on our drinks. Turned out the ladies at the tea counter had put them in the fridge rather than, I don't know, seeing that they were delivered to the customers! The tea wasn't very good at any rate; I got thai tea with boba and my brother got almond with boba, and we actually couldn't tell which was which by taste. They both just tasted like sweet, faintly tea-flavored milk, which is pathetic for a place called the "Boba Tea House". Also, the almond had both boba and jellies in it, so they didn't even get the order right. The egg rolls took an unreasonable amount of time to arrive (was the oil not heated up already??) and when they did, the vegetables inside were quite mushy -- I believe they were prepared from frozen, not fresh. At least they were straight-out-of-the-oil hot. It again took a long time to get our check, and when it arrived, it didn't have the boba teas on it. I pointed out the error, but I could have walked out without paying for them. From start to finish, I felt like nobody was in charge of my table and nobody except the sushi chef particularly cared about doing their jobs quickly or correctly. Neither the food nor the tea was worth the wait and frustration. From the other reviews I see that report similar experiences, I gather that the service issues here are chronic. And from the way the owner replies to positive reviews, I gather that she reads these, so I must conclude that she just doesn't care about the ongoing problems. I certainly won't be going back to this restaurant again, not when there's a new boba tea place opening just over on...

I only go to this place because it's the closest place I can find Pho in relation to where I live. The service from the younger female waitresses is terrible. The male servers though, are incredible, attentive, and friendly. The food comes out quickly but the younger females lack personality. The boba tea is inconsistent, often too sweet and lacking the coffee flavor. The Pho is good when it's made right, but you have to go around 4 or 5 PM for it to have had the time to reduce to where it doesn't taste as watery. To top it off, half of the times I go there they are our of the Thai Basil, which to me is an integral ingredient to the overall Pho experience. They put a sprig of cilantro on the plate, as if the consumer does not know what it is. When I asked the waitress the first time, she explained to me that "when the weather is cold, people eat a lot of soup and the growers cannot keep up with the demand." I found this excuse to be poor at best, and I would think that if they expect the demand for the soup to be high that they would stock up on the ingredients. The second time I came in and they were out of the basil, the waitress didn't even apologize and just said they were out. In addition to this they do not ever offer a discount when they are lacking the Thai Basil.

If you need a quick Pho fix, this place is fine. But ask in advance if they have the thai basil if that flavor...
