Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Texas

This evening I was at this Sonic and I had a young brunette girl with braces tell me I was lying about a drink. I ordered a couple drinks and even tipped 20 percent to try and spread just a little happiness. The large drink I received felt a little light so I opened it to see it was about 3/4 of the way full. They had also forgot to add the sauce I had requested. Not a big deal I thought, so I pressed the button to ask them to bring out the sauce. A different girl brought out the sauce and I showed her my drink (that she had brought out 1 minute prior) that was only 3/4 full. She said “ohh no, we have a new girl working so she probably just messed up. I will get it filled all the way up for you” Well apparently the “new girl” filled it up and came out to give it back to me and she said “Next time we are going to charge you for a refill”. I said ohh no it wasn’t all the way full when you brought it out the first time so I just wanted it fully filled up. Then she told me “it was full when I handed it to you, I filled it up myself so I know it was full. We know it was full. Ya we know.” Then she walked off quickly leaving me very confused and speechless honestly. I hate that I even used my time to leave this review but it was COMPLETELY unnecessary and very rude. I know it is a two dollar drink and not a big deal but as a customer who used my hard earned money at your establishment I deserved more courtesy than that. I will be a customer still, just wanted to bring this unfortunate event...

Patiently waited for my order (time stamp on receipt is 12:52) had 2 breakfast toasters, a large order of mozzarella sticks, and cheddar peppers. only received 1 marinara and 1 ranch both for the mozzarella sticks. I pushed the button to ask for the missing (just the 2) 1syrup for the toast stick and the 1ranch for the cheddar peppers and was hoping to get 1 extra ranch and 1 extra syrup. The manager Coren (possibly misspelled) made a big deal to tell me what sauces came with my food even and I told her what I was missing and what I wanted extra (1ranch 1syrup) she kept repeating how I only get a specific number of sauces and made a huge deal about it and had an argumentative tone and told me I had to pay for the extras. Which I told her was fine, but she kept wanting to repeat everything again. Any other sonic location I have gone to has walked by with a tray and given any sauce I may need. I found her tone to be very unprofessional. I had no problem paying for the extra sauces and saw no reason for her to be argumentative. I did pay for the extra sauces and was there longer as i had to keep explaining what i needed to the employee that the manger sent out (she had ko clue what i needed and what she was charging me for. After everything was done, i ended up getting my sauces and driving away at 1:27. I was there for a little over 30 minutes and left with cold food. I use the mobile app to order and pay. I usually stop by here quite often. I usually get a side of chili to dip my tater tots in so they don’t get soggy, and I’ve done this for years and I’ve done it at this exact restaurant. We’ll on the mobile app it doesn’t have an option to get a side of chili, they do not have a lot of options for example you can’t get pickles on something that doesn’t already come with pickles. Anyways, so I kindly pushed the red button after making my my mobile order and said , hi I have this mobile order and I can’t see on the app where to get a side of chili he rudely said , OK👀, so I paused and said on can I please add a side of chili to my order, I was fully planning on paying for it like I always do. He then proceeded to raise his voice and say we don’t do that I don’t know what your asking for, you’ll have to pay extra just a huge rant. Very RUDE and not very professional for a manager!
