Update from original post 4 days prior : Do not be fooled by the fake review by trill trill. You can tell it's a fabricated review because they are not using their real name and you also can tell because of the content and timing of their post to the content and timing of my post. It's either their employee or family member that posted within 24 hours after my review in a wilful deceptive attempt to offset the truth about the repeated terrible service from the girl with the attitude problem. Clearly they are trying to hide the truth with fake reviews.
This was my first and last with this corner-cutting place. This place deserves to go out of business for many reasons. One reason is the owner is hiring girls with attitude. They are wilfully carefree and careless when fulfilling orders. Another reason is because they have no regard for customers. Another reason is they do not follow instructions. I specifically instructed to place items in small boxes and they put the items in the largest box (the very sized box I didn't want nor order). I also specifically instructed to seal the boxes for delivery and they didn't seal a single box.
The only reason for the one star is because they do have good cinnamon rolls but their eclairs are garbage. They have the smallest eclairs I've ever seen of ALL donut stores I've been to. It would be an understatement to say they are corner cutters. I specifically requested a dozen donut holes and didn't get a single donut hole. I would have given them 2 stars but the girl's attitude cost them 2 stars and not following instructions cost them another 2 stars. Not following instructions is the biggest no-no with me.
My message to the owner : the girl with the attitude who answers the phone cost the business 16 orders a month that they would have received that will now be redirected to other competitors. She killed my trust in your business and I don't do business with any business that I can't trust. Good riddance to trill...
Read moreI just came here today for the first time. I had ordered a chicken gyro combo. When I got my food, I just asked do you cook the chicken with the pork products? At that point, I was informed they cook everything on the same grill unless asked prior to the order. I do take accountability that I didnt ask at first, so I decided to pay for another one. Now while I was waiting, 2 other gentlemen who came after me and ordered lunch food like myself got theirs first. I had to wait for more than 35 minutes just to get a gyro. Then when I got my food, instead of saying my name and have a wonderful day, the lady just dropped my food on the counter. So the reason I have given this restaurant a 2 star is bc their is no customer service, delay in food time and they don't serve in order. Atleast the gyro was good after all the waiting. I will give them...
Read moreWe were visiting the area from out of town and staying in the Ft. Worth downtown area. We were looking around for an easy breakfast. Since our son loves donuts, as much as I do, I did a quick search on Google Maps and found this close to where we needed to be.. This place is very cool and not your typical chain doughnut shop. All the donuts were very a lite compared to the heavy sinkers we are used to. Totally awesome fritters! It was still warm and I highly recommend them. There were a ton of locals packing this place which was a good sign and there were some eating eggs and bacon (even though we were there for the donuts only). This is a great glace to grab a good doughnut and much better than any chain doughnut shop I've been to including KK. We come down to Ft. Worth about every six months and this will now be a required...
