Pho- Absolutely delicious! I ordered a no meat pho (pronounced fuh) and it was without question, the most flavorful I have ever had.

Salt/Pepper prawns- Wonderful!!!! Head and shell are still on these prawns. Lightly fried and seasoned perfectly!

Chicken wings- They are jumbo sized wings. I did a custom salt/pepper wing and these were very good. I should have asked for them to be extra crispy (personal preference), but these were still very good!

Shaken chicken- Just as good as the previous owners version.

Bread- Fresh baked and delicious! Slight crisp on the outside and pillow soft inside. 🤤

Overall- Loved the food, new decor and overall vibe. BE PATIENT with the new owners. They are in need of some employees here and business will be booming soon!

Prices- Prices are very fair for what is being offered and the portions served. I would like to see a No Meat Pho' priced around 9.99-10.99 instead of the standard 12.99 Reason being, 12.99 gets you a pho with veggies or meats (shrimp, eye round etc.) A standard broth and noodle pho should be priced under that.

This place just opened up so I just had to give it a try. The ambiance was very bright and clean. The service was very friendly. They recommended their meat lover pho, which was so hearty and delicious, and the brisket and beef ball were juicy and scrumptious. I also ordered their vermicelli noodles with the grill pork, shrimp, and eggrolls. Everything came out quick, fresh, and very flavorful!

I got a couple of banh mi to go. Now, this is what sets them apart from other vietnamese restaurants. They actually make their own baquette fresh every day! I toasted them a day later, and they still tasted fresh, where the outside is nice and cruchy while the inside was still soft and pillowy, reminiscing of a great baguette from France!

They also have fried rice and other healthier options like grilled salmon and chicken breast, which I will try next time, including their boba teas! Can't wait to come back to try...

My Kid's Review:

start with the service. Our waitress was very friendly nice and welcoming. Next the food. The food was very good also the pho and dumplins,the fried rice is really good and seasoned amazing. Last the drinks. The slushi bobba was good but a little but the milk tea bobba might be good. So that's my review of Pho Banh Mi Viet.

Pho: We had chicken pho and my son got meatball pho.. perfectly flavored and noodles were perfectly prepared. I wish the portions were a bit bigger

Appetizer: Chicken dumplins were excellent. Calamari was pretty good and crunchy

Shrimp Fried: was good and flavorful

Boba Slushi: not bad. Just tasted bland.
