Beach Donuts — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I can't say anything negative about the quality of the donuts. They do make a good product. However I have to give this location a negative review because of their inflexibility. I came in this morning wanting a mix of sausage rolls and donuts. They currently offer a special I believe it's 5 or 6 sausage rolls for $5.39. I asked them if I could do a 3 and 3 for the same price instead... This would actually be more cost-efficient for them. However the man working the counter was completely inflexible and said no to every offer I made. I'm a single guy so there was no need for me to get it 5 or 6 whole sausage rolls. It's 10:15 am and they are set to close and approximately 2 hours. It makes no sense that they would much prefer to throw away perfectly good product then make money.

My advice to this location to stop being so hard nose then actually think about the offer being made to you. If it's in your best interest and it makes you more money then it would be wise to take it and make the customer happy.

She looks at me and after helping others with their order first told me I need to pay first no returns.. maam relax is sugar bread I was waiting on the car rental to open because I was too early and was going to patronize your establishment. I have gone here for years, They are always super friendly and the prices are good. The donuts always seem fresh, I don’t think I have ever eaten a donut that seemed like it had sat there a day or two. The owners always play Christian music in the background, so you know they are friendly people. The ladies always throw in some extra donut holes too!
